Venga y disfrute de unas vacaciones relajantes en nuestro hermoso condominio frente al golfo ubicado en Sterling Beach, en el área familiar de Thomas Drive, en la playa de la ciudad de Panamá, con vista al Golfo de México. No tendrás que luchar por tu lugar en la playa aquí porque Sterling Beach ofrece más de 300 pies de una espectacular propiedad frente al Golfo. ¡Y su par de sillas de playa reservadas con sombrilla lo estará esperando en la playa cuando alquile nuestro condominio (en temporada de marzo a octubre)!

Sterling Beach cuenta con estacionamiento en el nivel de la calle frente al edificio, sin terrazas ni "pasarelas".

Nuestra unidad es una unidad de Biscayne en Sterling Beach. Está en la tercera planta. Tiene capacidad para seis a ocho personas. Tiene 1636 pies cuadrados de área de estar amplia, techos de diez pies, tres habitaciones, un sofá cama, dos baños completos, una cocina totalmente equipada, una lavadora y secadora en un lavadero separado, un área de comedor adyacente a la cocina, una gran sala y un balcón frente al Golfo de 260 pies cuadrados.

Sterling Beach es uno de los complejos de lujo más hermosos de Panama City Beach. Sterling Beach es un complejo de 92 unidades, ubicado en 5 acres, y rodeado de exuberantes jardines tropicales. Cuenta con 300 pies de frente de playa de color blanco azucarado, una piscina de forma libre de 4000 pies cuadrados (climatizada según la temporada), una amplia terraza para tomar el sol y una bañera de hidromasaje frente al golfo (según la temporada). Parrillas de barbacoa de gas al aire libre están adyacentes a la cubierta de la piscina.

El complejo ofrece un gimnasio de primera clase completo con cintas para correr, máquinas cardiovasculares y pesas libres, ¡todas con vista al golfo!

Nuestra unidad está ubicada en el tercer piso, con vista a la piscina y al Golfo. Nuestro balcón de 31 pies de largo proporciona 260 pies cuadrados adicionales para relajarse y disfrutar de una vista panorámica del Golfo de México, delfines, barcos y atardeceres extraordinarios. El balcón es accesible desde la sala de estar y la habitación principal.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y un enorme vestidor. El baño principal tiene una bañera de hidromasaje de gran tamaño, una amplia ducha a ras de suelo y dos lavabos. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen y un baño conectado con una combinación de bañera / ducha y dos lavabos. El tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales. El sofá se retira a una cama queen size.

La unidad tiene una cocina grande y totalmente equipada con encimeras de superficie sólida y electrodomésticos GE. Está equipado con todo lo que necesita para preparar su comida favorita, incluida una superficie lisa Estufa con horno, microondas, refrigerador / congelador con máquina de hielo, lavaplatos, licuadora, tostadora, cristalería, cubiertos y un montón de ollas, sartenes y utensilios de cocina. Disfrute de su comida en nuestra mesa de comedor con capacidad para seis personas, en la barra de desayuno o en el balcón, disfrutando de las impresionantes vistas del Golfo de México.

Otras características de nuestro condominio de Sterling Beach incluyen: pisos de baldosas de cerámica en las áreas de estar y comedor; Ventiladores de techo en dormitorios y gran salón. Toallas y ropa de cama se proporcionan también, pero traiga sus toallas de playa.

INFORMACIÓN ADICIONAL DEL ALQUILER:

Beautiful condo!

Very nice unit in a beautiful small complex. This is our third time staying at Sterling Beach and our second time in this unit. The pool area with the large shallow end was perfect for small children, and I love that it comes with free beach chairs for the week. I would highly recommend this condo!

Beautiful condo and building grounds!

What a beautiful condo unit and overall facility! I’d say that the pictures don’t do it justice. Things that we absolutely loved: 1) there is a lot of real estate between you and the beach: the pool, some sand dunes and lots of beautiful palm trees. Looking out from the 3rd floor, it looks like a view of an exquisite resort. 2) it was quiet… only one row of beach chairs, and not all were full. We’ve been to some places with 3+ rows and tons of people everywhere. That is not our jam. This was pleasant and nicely quiet. 3) the kitchen and counter area is HUGE and was a pleasure to cook in. 4) the facility itself is very well maintained. We used it all: pool, hot tub, fitness center, rolling carts, grills, etc. All very nice. We enjoyed it all. Thank you!

Beautiful condo in very nice complex

This is our second time staying at Sterling Beach and we love this complex - very nice pool area, not very crowded even over Fall break due to the smaller size of the complex. The staff we encountered were all very friendly. We took advantage of the fitness facilities during our stay, and although kind of small, it has a beautiful view of the pool/ocean as you workout. This condo is very spacious and clean, the kitchen well stocked with everything you need. The beds are very comfortable, it feels more like a home than a vacation rental. The owner responded very quickly to any questions or needs we had. I would highly recommend this condo and plan to return for our next vacation to PCB if it is available.

The Bomb-Diggity

This place is fantastic!!! The pictures just don’t do the property or condo the justice deserved. Hosts are first rate all the way. Both property and condo were clean, comfortable and supported a fantastic first PCB experience for our family of 5. Couple do-betters from this Texas Banker because that’s just me/us… there was a shrimp in the north stairwell that had clearly fallen out of a takeout container which was there for the entire week. I considered picking it up but decided to leave it as a test that was, unfortunately, failed. Property maintenance/mgt visited our condo 4 times during our stay; once to change air filters, twice for a closet door repair (not an issue we had noted) and finally to tell us to write in dates on our parking pass (not info included in instructions). These things should be done when no one is present or notice should be given. Additionally, it was stated that there were to be 8 pool wristbands but there were only 7 in the basket. This wasn’t an issue for us as we only used 2 wristbands one time, preferring the beach to the pool, but is worth noting to either alter the description or grab an additional band. That said, if you are considering PCB for your next vacay/get-away, it’s hard to imagine how it could get better than this!

Family Vacation

The complex was very nice with a gated parking lot and gated access to the beach. The pool was very large and had ample amount of chairs. There were security cameras everywhere and security guards walking around 24/7. The condo itself was just OK. It was very outdated compared to another condo that another Family member rented during the same time frame for the same price. The TV’s were small, the oven and microwave were disgusting, the countertops and dining room table had cuts and scratches all over them, the beds were very uncomfortable, and the floors were stained. If your not staying in the room then this would be a good condo for you. If not, then rent 407 and you will have the same amount of room but tons of upgrades.

Nice place for the money

I'll start with the negative, which appears to be a problem with just about every rental review I looked at online, not just this rental. The cleaning of the unit before we got there. Unit was well appointed. One chair was broken when we got there, but no one would know this unless you sat in it. This unit was a very good size, we never felt cramped or on top of each other. The pool was very nice and never overly crowded. The included beach chairs and umbrella was a fantastic amenity! Location was nice, not congested and was easy to get in and out of. I would definitely stay here again. I can't imagine the troubles the owners have trying to find good crews to clean in such a short time frame between renters.

Great place for families

The view was fantastic and the property had plenty of space. Washer, dryer and dishwasher were a big help with a family of my size. The pool was kept very clean and the beach is just so convenient to get to. They have two beach chairs with umbrella for those wanting to just chill out there. The balcony is so big and gives a wonderful view of the pool and beach.

Great place to stay

The condo was very nice but When we got there it was absolutely filthy like nothing had been cleaned. Dirty showers, shower curtain was black with mold. Tolit was terrible with thowup on the side of it. Sand in the beds and floor. I wasn’t going to let this ruin my vacation so I went to Walmart and purchased cleaning supplies and we cleaned it ourselves. I did call the owner and he offered to send out someone else to clean but we were tired and just got there. It wasn’t the owners fault it was just some lazy cleaning people. After I got through cleaning it was very nice. I would definitely stay here again I just hope the next cleaning people do a better job.

Great Location

We had seen some reviews that weren't great. Our original unit we booked was sold, so we booked this one. Communication was great until I sent an email with concerns about the unit. I wasn't trying to cause trouble, just wanted to let the owners know we had to clean the unit. After sending the email, I never heard back. I had to borrow a broom and mop from another unit. The broom in the condo was in bad shape and the mop was broken. I'm hoping the cleaning crew bring their own to use. I loved the size of the unit and the layout. It definitely could use some updates, but it's a great location.

Everything was as listed. Kitchen was loaded. Linens clean. Nice washer n dryer. Plenty of room for our party of 8. Just remember to take your own garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid and dish washer detergent.. could have had more towels. We had 7 for 8 people and washed them every day. Also 1 dishrag and dish towel but I always take extra. So we were fine. Beds were comfortable, all TVs working with remotes.

Wonderful location!

The condo is in the best part of Panama City Beach. Lovely view from the large balcony of both the large pool & the ocean. Definite positive that 2 chairs + umbrella are included in the rental. Some small issues - shower heads in both bathrooms had mold around them as well as some around the caulking. We cleaned as best we could & notified the owners. The kitchen sink + one of the master sink's also leaked. Kudos to the owners who put in a maintenance request to get those fixed. I don't think the cleaning staff does a great job - sand was all over the floors - so we had to sweep/vacuum/mop to get it up. AndI don't think they ever clean on the balcony. We also spent time wiping down the table +chairs There are a lot of restrictions on the property, which was clearly detailed, I'm just not sure we enjoyed some of that. As an example, nothing can be hung from the balcony railings, no food at the pool & all drinks must be 4 feet away. My nieces wanted to decorate the railings for Memorial Day to honor my 24+ years service as an Air Force Veteran. But that wasn't allowed. I think allowing decorations for holidays for a short period should be allowed; just my opinion. The beach area is great & the fact that they don't let anyone put canopys/tents in front of the chairs is a real positive. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay & definitely would return.
