Improvements needed
The wear, tear, and neglect of this house is starting to show. There was mildew in most of the bathroom showers and all around the pool deck. The master bath on the main floor has the moldy ceiling falling apart and hanging down. The garbage disposal does not work. The kitchen water would not get hot to do dishes, and yes we let the water run continuously for an extended period. The hot tub broke three days prior to our departure and we called to get it fixed. The next day maintenance said a pool guy would be there that day to fix it and he never showed as promised. The landscaping lights in the pool area were broken. Mulch was everywhere on the pool deck. The house next door appears to be foreclosed on and is starting to look like crap as well.
