If I could NO STARS, I would!
STAY SOMEWEHRE ELSE! This place is filthy and run down. It smells weird. The floor was so dirty that my kids feet were black, we had to wear our shoes this in the house the whole week. The movie room had rotten food in it and the recliners were covered in tiny spiders. We contacted Vacasa to address the issues - no one came to resolve anything...except they sent a man who did not speak English to the house to remove the rotten food with a rag. That's' it. After multiple calls, I gave up.
We also paid for the pool heater to be turned on - but it was broken so we had a cold pool. The neighborhood is sketchy - someone tried to break in the rental mini van in our driveway. The property is poorly maintained - garbage all over the ground outside, broken patio furniture, not well stocked kitchen, broken coffee maker, no towel bars (used to have them but have not been re-hung), shower are hard to turn on and you can't flush while someone is in there. Overall, one of the worst VRBOs I've stayed in. This is the second time we have rented a Vacasa Property and it will be the last. They do not take care of their properties.
