Le encantará esta casa, ya que se trata de una casa recientemente renovada de 4 habitaciones, 2 baños, 2 salas de estar, a solo un paseo de la ciudad. Cuenta con todos los elementos esenciales para una estancia relajante en la hermosa Orange. La casa tiene 4 dormitorios, 2 baños, 2 salas de estar, comedor y cocina moderna. Un comedor al aire libre con fogata (en invierno) completa esta hermosa y espaciosa casa.
Damos la bienvenida a nuestros huéspedes con una botella de vino local y un frutero. También le ofrecemos té, café, chocolate, leche, mantequilla, pan y cereales para que pueda comenzar, y le ofrecemos un desayuno continental.
Contamos con estacionamiento en la calle, una barbacoa, ventiladores en cada habitación y aire acondicionado. La calefacción central de gas te mantendrá cálido y acogedor durante el invierno. Siéntese y relájese y disfrute de una taza de café o té o una botella de vino de cortesía a su llegada

Orange Magic

This property was perfect for our 2 families. Clean and super comfortable. The property was also in a great location and not too far from the town centre. The addition of the fire pit was such a treat, and the kids loved their toasted marshmallows. 10 out of 10

A real gem

Party of 8 older adults push bike riding through Orange on the 360 tour. We this a two day stop and the house was perfect. Everything we needed was there. A well equipped kitchen, spacious kitchen and living areas . Fantastic alfresco area were we had our meals. Bedrooms are generous size with very comfortable bedding. All of us were very happy with this place . Just about as perfect as it gets.

Amazing home away from home

This property was perfect for a family getaway. Perfect location in a quiet street just a walk away from the town Center. The home was filled with all the necessities for a comfortable weekend away, with two lounge areas and a large backyard perfect for a relaxing morning coffee or long afternoon as the sunsets. Definitely recommend this home, and is my accommodation of choice next visit to orange.

Easy, convenient, clean with plenty of space

We stayed at the house with 2 other couples. We had plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable, showers good and clean. We sat at the outdoor table in the evenings and we bought supplies from Harris Farm in Orange, for a cook up breakfast.

On the whole the property was roomy and comfortable but looking further there were some very disappointing area's. The barbecue was dirty and unusable and the whole area around the barbecue was thick with grease and had not been cleaned for a long time. We found dirty frying pans in the drawers and the sandwich press needed to be discarded. The skirting doards were diry and the windowsill in the back bedroom was disgusting. Seeing as we were charged $250 cleaning I was expecting better.

Great - would stay again

Everything as described - clean and spacious, decent quiet location about 10 minutes walk to the train station, another 10 to Orange CBD. Very comfortable beds and effficient heating system (important in Orange!). Top tips: It's only a couple of minutes walk to Parrot Gin Distillery - serves beer & wine too, and great pizza. Badlands craft brewery in the town centre has a great taphouse and awesome beers - well worth a visit.

Stayed with family (Wife and 2 adult children), very spacious and well kept premise, kitchen setup is outstanding. Unfortunately didn't get to enjoy the outside areas due to rain. Appreciated the pantry items that were provided. NB No internal fireplace although mentioned on listing

Food and Wine Festival in Orange

Three couples stayed in the property, four of us for 10 days. The property is quite central, a nice distance from the main street to enable a decent walk each day. There was a good supply of utensils and equipment etc, often needed for longer stays. There were cleaning items which is helpful. The beds were very comfortable but the doona's looked like they needed a clean. The towels were small, thin and we only had one each, which is a problem if you have long hair. The heating worked very well and there was plenty of hot water with good showers. The TV's are huge for the size of the rooms they occupy and we had trouble operating them. We couldn't find any instructions. It was raining a lot the first weekend and we would have preferred to use the back door as we didn't get as wet getting to the car this way, but the key didn't work and we were told not to enter and exit this way. The back undercover area doesn't look like the picture, the chairs are old and damaged and a bit grubby. The main inside table has a ledge around the outside that is full of crumbs and !!! There are a lot of plastic plants. There are a great deal of instructions on what is not allowed at the property; it was a bit like being back at school.

Beautiful house in a great location

Beautiful house that was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our weekend in Orange. It was perfect for 4 adults and 3 kids and we all had enough space etc. The house with very warm for our winter stay and an easy walk into town. Would definitely stay there again!

Gorgeous Orange getaway

We loved staying here! So close to the shops and the central part of Orange town. Lindy gave us all the information prior to our stay and was very responsive when contacted. House was very clean and beautifully presented. Only negative was that the host came onto the property unannounced whilst we were out to grab something. As we had our dog staying at the house too, this was quite startling for him. A warning message before would have been appreciated as we were more than happy to say hello!

Every thing you want and need!

We stayed at Linda’s place with my young family and another couple and young family and had the best experience imaginable. The large house is located just 5 minutes from the city centre and we walked there every single day because it was so close. We loved the free drinks in the fridge and well stocked pantry and cleaning supplies. The WiFi is strong, The bedrooms are all large and there was two good bathrooms a laundry and plenty of privacy. Two separate living areas was perfect for a kids area and an adults area. We especially loved the fully enclosed outdoor door entertaining space. The house is located on a quiet side street, but it’s possible to walk to the center of town with shops and restaurants in less than 5 minutes. Lindy provided lots of detailed instructions including a map of the surrounding areas and recommendations on things to do. Will stay again and recommend!
