Excellent Location!

Wonderful property! While we didnt spend a ton of time in the condo, when we were there it was super comfortable, quiet and fit all of our needs for a multi-family stay. Location was perfect for all our planned activities. Host was extremely responsive and helpful leading up to our stay.

Lazy Moose is a lovely place. We have watched these condos go up at Cranmore over the last few years. New, nicely appointed, decor. First floor location very convenient. The pool was great for us, too. So close to town, you could walk if so motivated. Info from the owner was easy to follow. Bedding is nice, clean, upscale. You ant go wrong renting the Lazy Moose!

Great spot for family skiing

We’ve stayed and had great trips in the Kearsage condo complex a a handful of times and this time was no different. Very nice condos for families, perfect location and good amenities. Melanie was a great host and easy to get in touch with. Will be back again.

The lazy moose

The lazy moose was exactly what we were looking for on February vacation. The kids had endless fun right outside their door. The condo itself was very clean with an amazingly comfy reclining couch and bedding/blankets that were so warm and cozy- truly gave us the winter cozy fun vacation we were looking for. We had an unforgettable vacation!

Wonderful Winter Weekend

The Lazy Moose is the perfect place to stay at Cranmore Mountain. The condo was spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. Everything you need is supplied and host was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay there again!

Loved this 1st floor unit so easy in and out. Comfiest couch in living room with great fireplace. Awesome being right on the mountain with easy walk to beautiful heated pool ad hot tub. Can’t wait to go back!!

Great condo

This condo was beautiful and had everything any family would need. It’s spacious, very clean, and you can’t beat the location! I highly recommend this rental! We will absolutely be returning in the near future! The owner was a great communicator and very accommodating. This place is a must stay!

Perfect for Family

This was the perfect place for our family group to stay while taking grand kids to Story Land 15 minutes away. The bunk beds were great, all beds comfortable, and the condo was well equipped with everything we needed. The pool was an added bonus for hot days, and there were great family restaurants just 5 minutes away. We would gladly rent here again.

Stay at Cranmore Condo

Beautiful new spacious condo that was very well equipped. Tastefully furnished with comfortable beds. Condo is very close to North Conway shops and restaurants. Easy to communicate with the home owner. A great choice for all seasons.

hiking weekend....

We came up to hike the weekend from PA. the "Lazy Moose" was an ideal location. everyone in our group was impressed with the interior and the appointments. beds were super comfortable. lots of room. Melanie was very helpful and attentive. check in process super easy. would surely use her again when in the area. rent this place!!

Perfect condo set up for a weekend getaway

I was looking for an appropriate property in the North Conway area for a weekend getaway with my two adult "children" for some golf and a hike in the Whites. Given I was looking for three separate rooms for us, this condo looked ideal. When we arrived, the condo exceeded our expectations given the open layout for socializing and just as importantly the property is clearly basically brand new. Melanie the property owner/manager was very responsive and the check in/check out process was very easy. The new condos are right at the base of Conway so no question an ideal spot for mountainside lodging in the winter. Quick few minutes to town for dinner or supplies. Definitely would recommend.

Amazing condo!!

It is all about location, location, location. This place is at the base of Cranmore mountain and right down the street from downtown North Conway. The condo was really clean and Melanie, the owner, was incredibly helpful to any questions we had. This place made our family feel like this was our home away from home. We will definitely be staying there again!

Amazing property/ wonderful location

What a beautiful condo!! Comfortably slept 4 adults and three kiddos with plenty of space to gather/play. This home was SPOTLESS and stocked with a generous amount of extras ( pots, pans, zip lock bags, paper towels, beach towels, games for all ages, etc). Melanie is an ideal host!! She is very responsive and an absolute pleasure to communicate with. It is obvious that they put a lot of thought into what their guests would want in a rental.
