Good location and close to downtown Nashville.

Our stay was great and check-in was easy. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. It was quiet and a nice place to stay! We could’ve used one more comfortable chair in the living area, but other than that, it was a great stay!

This is very basic condo. It is sparsely equipped but it works. It is 1.1 miles from Broadway, so be prepared to walk or uber. It is on the third floor so be prepared for lots of steps up and down. Pullout couch is really an old futon. Bathroom could use a good scrub down. Whole condo could use a makeover but it is more affordable than surrounding hotels. Covered parking is included. If we return next year, I will probably spend the extra money to remain closer to Broadway.

Was probably nice, now very worn-down

The good: • Location – Ideal location, 5-minute Uber to downtown or within the $20 minimum taxi zone for all the action. Also, within the scooter and E-bike areas for cheap and quick transport. Great access to freeways for smooth travel to destinations outside of downtown and has included covered parking but it is not secure or covered by Security cameras • Layout – The unit is reasonably spacious for a 1 bedroom and was more than ample for 2 people • Quiet – the unit and area is generally very quiet, a small bit of road noise off of Jefferson Ave Bridge but not bad at all. • Amenities – The unit has everything you will need for amenities, Dishwasher, Microwave, Laundry, Fitness facilities etc. The Bad: • Overall, this unit is very worn out, is has been rented out for a lengthy period of without any updates or repairs. • Cleanliness: the basics of the unit were clean, blankets, floors, counters etc. were all good but as we stayed, we found issues, the toilet was not cleaned before we arrived, dishes had been put back in the cupboards dirty, the coffee maker still had wet grounds in it. • The kitchen sink is stained horribly and looks very bad. • The bathroom sink tap is loose (moves side to side) and will likely start to leak very soon. • The Tub drain is very slow and is starting to back up • The shower curtain has mold along the bottom and needs replaced • TV only has a Roku box, with no VPN so us, international travelers, were not able to use it. Would have like to be able to see the local weather or news • LASTLY - THE SPIDERS! Nashville and Tennessee have seen a substantial growth in spiders over the past couple decades (I found out here). The Condo owner and Complex are doing basically nothing about this resulting in the complete exterior of the building being covered in spider webs and I do mean the complete building including in the parking garage. They are so bad that it has rendered the small patio basically unusable. I tried to attempt to sweep it off but lost that battle to the webs and had to take a shower they were so bad. • If Spiders outside were not bad enough, there were multiple spider webs in the corners inside the unit, I only found and killed one spider in our 6 days but that was in our few waking hours inside the unit. With very little effort this unit could easily be fixed up, we still enjoyed our trip, and the unit is in a great location but as much as I’d like to recommend this unit I cannot, it is just way over-price

Anniversary Trip

This property fit my husband and I perfectly with the one bedroom and bathroom in the bedroom. It is on the 3rd floor which I don't remember reading that and there is not an elevator. It is quite the walk to Broadway. We used scooters which was awesome during the day but they stop running at 10 pm. We walked but for an all female group or older group I would not use the option. It was a quiet area!

Great location! Kitchen sink needs replacing. I would be nice to have something on the walls in the bedroom, like maybe even paint where holes have been repaired. Grout in shower has black mold spots and there is visible dirt on baseboard in bathroom. No trying to beat up rental, it is in a great location and we enjoyed it. Just believe if small things were fixed you could charge more. For the money it was a GREAT deal and would stay there again. Thanks

nice but dirty

the unit was nice but dirty the floors, bathroom needed to be cleaned the kitchen needs to be replaced ,the whole unit needs updating . the TV system was a pain in the butt to use couldn't get local channels the bed spread had spots of blood on it
