Nashville wedding

Great house and good location. We had 10 people and everyone had a great time. Living room was great to gather and the porch was good to have coffee. Just a few hiccups with most remotes not having batteries or dead batteries. Need to ensure the little things like that are taken care of for clients.

Our Stay

We had a wonderful stay in Nashville. This VRBO was perfect!! It’s clean, updated, spacious, very comfortable. We all came from different locations so it was nice to have one place where we could all hangout to visit. There’s plenty of rooms and bed. 4 baths were perfect. I like how bedrooms were divided up on different floors, which was perfect. the kitchen had an open floor plan to the living room.. I suggest more seating other than one sectional sofa. But we made it work. It was in a bit of shady location, but that’s downtown Nashville for ya. The garage is tiny, but we were just happy to have one. We loved this place and will probably book again. The patios were also great!!

Had 9 friends in the house for a bachelorette weekend. Plenty of space for everyone. We all had a great time!

Great stay in Nashville for Christmas

The house looks like it's a new build and is in great condition. There are 4 bedrooms - one on the first floor when you walk in, one on the second floor off the kitchen, and two upstairs on the top floor. The bunk room was a HUGE hit for the 4 kids we had with us - they had so much room to spread out and build forts and just have fun together. Each bedroom has a TV and every bedroom (except the one off the kitchen) has a bathroom accessible from the bedroom. The beds are so soft and all the couples thought they were very comfortable. The kitchen is open and spacious and had plenty of room to store items and to cook for the three families sharing the house. There are no plastic cups for small children to ue so make sure to bring your own. The living room has one large comfy couch but no other seats. This was one of the biggest drawbacks of the house was lack of comfy seating in the living room. I wish they would use the space in the corners for some comfy chairs. Half our group had to sit on the metal/wooden chairs at the counter or the wooden bench at the table. The location of the house is great - it's close to 12th St dining and shops and was a 10-12 minute drive to everything we wanted to see and do. It's in a great spot within the city. HOWEVER it's right next to a rehabilitation center and you hear trucks and other vehicles coming and backing up ALL NIGHT LONG. It took 3 nights to get used to the noise all night long. Which is too bad because otherwise this house is perfect. I would still recommend staying here because everything was just perfect but be aware of the noise at night - maybe bring ear plugs.

Great for young groups but maybe not families.

This house had potential as the square footage was larger, it was newer construction, and it was freestanding. For young groups, it’s fine. For families, there are a few issues. We have stayed at several VRBO’s in Nashville over the years and one thing has become clear. Each year the construction quality goes down further. This year, we hit a new low. The issues fit into two categories, those that can be resolved and those that cannot. What cannot be fixed includes: - Garage. It’s so bad it’s almost funny, until you try pulling your car in at night upon arrival and realize the garage is so short anything but a Cooper Mini. This is a known problem as there is a designated outdoor spot around the corner. That spot will barely fit the car because of the bushes, garbage cans, fence, and neighboring car. Next is the bedrooms/bathrooms. - The bathrooms are small (except for the master). Taking a showering is a confining experience. It’s not a comfortable layout and the quality is typical Nashville “throw it up”. - The property sits next to a rehabilitation clinic and the dumpster collection occurs every morning at 4:30 AM. It’s loud. What can be changed: - Paint. The contractors primer is still on the walls and it shows signs of wear/damage. - Numerous lightbulbs are out everywhere. The porch decking is coming up. Needs to be nailed back down. Finally, the master bed/bath, which is by far the largest, is a room with double bunk beds that sleep 8. As a family, this means the parents sleep in a small room with a small bathroom. Again, simple things to fix that would go along way. The location was good and the unit was fairly clean. If you’re a young group, most of these nits won’t apply.

Great house to rent

We loved this property, and the location. It was literally within 10-15 minutes of every place we wanted to visit. The layout of the house is perfect, as it has 3 floors, with bedrooms on each level, so definitely felt private and quiet. There is a lovely courtyard in the back, so it was really nice to sit on either of the 2 terraces. If I was travelling to Nashville again, I would definitely rebook this property!

Girls Trip

We had a blast in Nashville! Upon our arrival we were well pleased with the location and facilities. Each member had a queen sized bed, nicely decorated space (kitchen/living area)and the bathrooms were great ( especially the large soaking tub)! We also enjoyed the balconies to enjoy the cool refreshing outdoor space. We thoroughly enjoyed staging photo ops on the stairwell! We felt very safe in the neighborhood especially returning late at night from enjoying many different activities within close proximity to the house. Everyone was well pleased with our stay in Nashville and hope to return in the future!

Girls College Reunion

Great place to stay. Location gave easy access to the places we wanted to go and was away enough to be quiet. The only disappointment was the minimal cookware was not adequate for preparing meals for 5 people.
