Loved Nashville

This property had great bones it’s just not being taken care of properly and the cleaning crew is way below mediocre. Gutters were so full they were vomiting branches and leaves. The yard hadn’t been mowed in a long time and the deck in back never swept off. House smelled of mold. All the fixtures n the bathrooms were dusty. Location was great and the house looked good at first glance. Nashville was a great time.

Perfect place for us

There was everything we needed for cooking it breakfast and playing games. The beds were comfortable and that’s a biggie for us. For being right on the busy road we didn’t think it was loud and so close to downtown and anywhere else we needed to go

Nice and cozy

The house was a nice cozy house with everything we needed. The bed sleep really nice. We when to visit our son and his family for Thanksgiving. We were about 20 minutes from them. We love staying in homes vers condos. This one was perfect for our trip. We will definitely stay again

The house was dirty. Dust hanging off fan blades, cob webs on ceilings and walls, and the floor made your socks black. Windows where dirty inside and out. The location of the house worked. outout

Really apreciated the little extras like coffee, sugar, spices, garbage bags, toilet paper etc that were there...quick $8 to $10 uber to Broadway. However we did find the floors were very dirty and cobwebs everywhere

Cute, but NOT clean. Wouldn’t recommend til cleaned up!

Could have used a good cleaning before we arrived. Just walking in the door there was a strong, musty odor. I contacted the property manager right away, and it was suggested that we open some windows, which didn’t help due to the humidity outside. We noticed on the 3rd day, there was a mildew/mold spot on the bedroom ceiling. I reported that right away and was offered to have someone come take care of the problem, but decided against that since we only had another 24 hours left in our stay. A few other things were not very clean, the master bathroom was mildewy, the light fixtures had lots of dust, bedroom ceiling fan needs maintenance. Someone’s clothes were in the bedroom dresser. Washer was dirty. Lint trap full in the dryer.All windows full of cobwebs, shower curtain rod in hall bathroom is not positioned properly, causing water to leak out when showering. Was offered $150 towards a future stay.

Greatest Stay!

My stay was wonderful! Kevin (manager) was superb!! He was friendly, courteous, attentive, and very supportive (since my group was 64+). We needed help and he was there in a flash, took extremely good care of us and made our stay even more enjoyable. Kevin is the absolute BEST!!!!!!!!!

Perfect

Stayed with my sister and brother in law for our first trip to Nashville and it was a perfect little place for us. Off the craziness of downtown but such a short uber ride to everywhere! We eere able to enjoy all that Nashville has to offer and come back for a solid, quiet, comfortable sleep. Great kitchen, everything provided ans we had groceries delivered right to the door. Definitely appreciated the air conditioning!!

Fun Nashville!

There was a lot of good things about the house. Location, appliance’s, 2 comfortable beds, WiFi. Beware leaving any food out on counters due to ants. Info says it sleeps 6 but the Futon would not fold down and if it did you had no cushion on the back side. There was only 3 of us so our shortest friend had to sleep on couch so we didn’t have to share a bed.

location

the location of this place was ideal. right on bike path, short walk to coffee, can walk to Broadway but make sure you have comfortable shoes on, otherwise Uber. Place was pretty clean, updated, hot water, decent bed, however one bed was an air mattress and it squeaked really bad. Thank goodness that was not my bed.

While the home wasn't a total disappointment, there were some things that were a problem for us. There was only one tiny (about 2 inch) tube of shower soap so we had to use hand soap from the sink when showering, there was no Kleenex so we had to use toilet paper, the back porch and chairs were filthy and unusable, the home was located on a very busy and loud road in an industrial area and the floorboards were dirty throughout the house. Also there was nothing like Saran Wrap or baggies to store leftovers in. Won't use this house again.

MCC trade show stay

We stayed in the house mostly based upon the ability to park our large pickup and trailer in the driveway. Super easy to get to MCC and downtown. Uber was quick. House needs more entry rugs and hangers The night light on the microwave is burnt out as well as the front door light. Also could use a shelf above the toilet in the main bathroom as there is nowhere to set anything other than on top of the toilet. Great stay great house.
