Things to look into

The outside appearance was a bit concerning, but then the inside appeared nice. However, upon further inspection. There were dead water bugs in the showers and around the patio door. The cooking pans were either burnt or looked filthy. We purchased a new skillet to use and donated to the unit. Had to call maintenance for the wadhing machine.And also loud tenants in the above unit on the final night.

We were able to get the bottom floor, which was great. We didn’t have to do steps.. And the pool was very close and clean. I would rent it again and recommend it to anyone.

Very outdated

Under bed night side table very diry jitchen oven and stove was not clean at all curtains faded need replaced contacted owner a couple days before i arrived asked for code said it would not be on vebo i would get it when i arrived well it was on vrbo our flights git cancelled so we where 2 days late and he sent the code after i arrived thank god it was on there also vrbo i had issues trying ti log in it would say trouble on your end not good at all would never stay again it needs work to better

Wonderful stay.

Our unit was beautiful and very well stocked. Management needed to be called and they were very prompt in return calls and taking care of issue. I will say the pool is SUPER small, but since there were only 4 of us, we enjoyed it while no one else was there. The outside of building needs some work and cleaning, but this is no way is this the owners issues as this is why they pay HOA dues. Would definitely rent again. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

Wonderful place!

This is a beautiful place to stay! It is everything it says it is. Depending on your neighbors it can be a bit noisy but you will have that anywhere you stay. We will definitely be back. We felt safe and like we were at home.

Good location. Close to all amenities and shopping. Ground floor. Well appointed with kitchen equipment. Sound proofing between floors leave a little to be desired as you can hear the residents above walk around their unit. Fortunately they don’t make a lot of noise (music etc.)

Nice property, but dirty floors

The outside of the building is kind of run down, but the inside is very cute. The pool was very small however. A big bathtub, to be honest. Also, the floors were filthy! Within an hour of being there all of our feet were completely black. Definitely didn’t clean them prior to our stay so that was a big deal. I wanted to mop them myself if I would’ve had time.

Enjoyed the stay!

Condo was clean and up to date, with easy to use WiFi and cable. Only “others” were the noisy foot steps from upstairs units, which seemed unusually loud, and pool was closed for the winter. Otherwise, quiet community in Myrtlewood, with walking paths and easy access to local attractions. We stay in Myrtlewood every year for our sons college baseball trip, and enjoy the community.

The rental was extremely nice!!!

The rental process was easy. The location was excellent. The rental was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet. Will definitely want to rent again.

Great getaway

My husband and I along with my parents truly enjoyed the condo and the area. The description of the condo was on point. We encountered a few minor issues and the property manager was very prompt in responding. I would definitely stay again. My only two gripes were being on the first level and you end up with noisy guests on the second level as we did. Maybe, there should be someone on call for noise ordinance and I think there should be a TV box in every room in order to watch regular TV programming for those who are not familiar with the operation of a Smart TV. Overall, excellent stay

Great Place

We will definitely rent this condo again. It is centrally located (though not really walking distance) but everything is pretty much within a short drive. The condo was very clean and spacious. The host was very responsive.
