WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
I NEVER leave negative reviews but I feel as though this one calls for one. To start, in the property description(which I do have a screenshot of) it states, Piccadilly Circus is an 8min walk, London Eye 11min walk…Which is why I chose it. Completely FALSE!!! You cannot even make it to the train station in either of those times! It would take you nearly 2 hours to walk to either. 3 of the 3 toliets would not flush so we were afraid to use them. We were freezing my daughter tried to turn up the heat and it shut off and would not turn back on without a code. AND THE WORST PART…ITS FILTHY, bugs in the windows, spider webs in the corners, carpet is gross…AND IT SMELLS ABSOLUTELY terrible. The master bedroom smelled so bad it was intolerable. We choice after the 2nd of the 3rd day to leave knowing there was no refund and didn’t care it was causing me so much stress. Not to mention all the wasted time we spent on the train etc that we thought we had avoided by the location described on VRBO!!! This stay ruined my first 2 nights in London. I sent a message to the host after leaving of my concerns and to let them know we had left already and received no response and it has been over 36 hours so they have had time. When I booked the property and had questions they answered within 30min. I WOUOD RECOMMEND NOT STAYING HERE…
