Beautiful view & great access to Napili Bay

This condo had everything we needed to enjoy Napili Bay! Stunning views and easy to walk down to the beach. The pool was nice, but we mostly went to the beach. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella to use. If you need extra beach supplies, you can easily rent at the rental place on site. Restaurant by the pool had long lines, but you can order "to go" around the back. Our 10 & 13 year old kids slept on the pull out couch and futon in the living room, adults slept in the bedroom. Bed was comfortable and nice bedding. Highly recommend!

Great location

The condo is in a good location close to a nice snorkeling beach, restaurants and walking paths. The bed was comfortable. The pool area was lovely and the views fabulous. The unit is small but was fine for two of us. The unit does exhibit some wear and tear and some maintenance issues. For example, the living room thermostat battery was dead so we couldn't turn on the AC in that space. I contacted the management company but no one responded. It wasn't a big deal because we just used the bedroom AC at night. Other issues were a toilet handle that stuck in the down position so that the toilet would continue to run unless you remembered to push the handle up, surface light out above the stove, etc. Nothing that the management company can't address easily.

Best time!

This property and unit are just as they appear in pictures. The view from the unit is incredible and the grounds of the property are gorgeous and well maintained. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 3 adults and had everything we needed except for a cooler. We loved the location and the great snorkeling that was close by. Can’t wait to come back.

Excellent location

The location is wonderful. The accomodations were good. The place was clean and my son was fine sleeping on the fold out couch. Lots of good family vibes. It's a central location. We loved walking out the door to 3 beaches/snorkel spots without driving.

The place is family friendly and quiet… if you’re looking for relaxation you’ll find it here. Just a short distance to the beach & the Gazebo for breakfast is a must do. Don’t worry about the lines… order, pick up and it eat from your balcony which has a better view.

Comfortable pullout couch with a view!

We loved the beautiful balcony views of the beach, pool, crashing waves, and the cute gazebo restaurant. We ate breakfast on the balcony every morning to soak up the view. But what makes this condo even more amazing is the comfortable mattresses! Really, it is not easy to find a decent pullout couch! Plus there is a bonus futon. It was perfect for my teens so we could all get a good night of sleep. The condo felt friendly and welcoming, the customer service was outstanding, the check in process was so easy - just go straight to your room and enter the key code. The unit is a close walk to the pool. Often we had the pool to ourselves. Not that overcrowded fancy resort vibe. It was nice and laid back. It was also an easy walk to the 2nd heated pool and hot tub and it was so nice to have both pool options.. I absolutely loved lounging in the grassy area in front of the pool to sit in the shade and watch the waves on the point and look out at the panoramic view of Napili bay. We are hoping next trip the walkway and stairs leading down to the beach are repaired - erosion caused the path to be closed. The kids didn't have any trouble walking to the beach over the lava rocksin front.

Nice condo in Napili Shores

Lovely condo. Wonderful view of the water. Everything you need is in the condo. The only issues were the Wi-Fi network wasn't visible and the door lock expired before checkout time. I would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

Great, clean older property with a real Hawaii feel

This property is excellent if you are looking for a slower, authentic Hawaii experience. Definitely not a luxury property but just as amazing when you take into account the location, beauty and slower pace.

Maui No Ka Oi

Beautiful location w water views and west Maui mountains! Watch the sun rise from the lanai and the sun set a short distance. We were there for the eclipse/blood moon and it was magical! Nice to have beach chairs and umbrellas available. Happy hour $5 Mai tais! Only complaint would be the need for non stick cooking pans, more toilet paper for 4 when staying almost 2 weeks and more than one roll of paper towels. Would definitely come back! AC a plus but also nice with the tropical breezes. 🌺
