Easy walk to three beautiful beaches

This gorgeous condo made our dreams come true! Although we have stayed several times at Kapalua Bay Villas, this one was the best. It is nicely appointed, and wonderfully located. We were able to watch humpback whales putting on their annual show from the downstairs patio as well as the upstairs bedroom. What fun!

Beautiful Unit on Bluff

Unit is in a great location, on the bluff with easy access to two pools and Oneloa Beach. Just a few steps from coastal trail. Montage and Kapalua Beach a short, easy walk. Great views -- 2D photos can't do justice to the actual views.Clean, newly renovated, great kitchen, great selection of colors, furniture and accessories. Comfortable bed. Would stay here again.

A Little Slice of Paradise

We enjoyed every minute of our week in the Kapalua Bay Villas. It is the perfect destination for those looking for a quieter experience with all the activities and action just a few minutes away. We discovered that we could walk to several different bays in the area as well as beach front restaurants close by. Lahaina and Kaanapali are a short drive down the road where you can find all the shopping, bars, and other activities. We loved the condo and found it to be just as pictured. The pride of ownership and excellent property management are evident from start to finish. It was everything we were hoping for and more.

Amazing in every way!!

We had an amazing stay at this condo! The decor and amenities in this clearly newly renovated condo are absolutely Five Star In every way! Waking up to the amazing view every morning was spectacular! The care that was taken to organize the kitchen and bathrooms, the availability of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards in the storage closet… I could go on and on. Two minor problems and one that i believe is a serious safety issue. The Makeup mirror needs new batteries. Globe light bulb right side of bathroom needs replacement. The lower staircase must have a handrail. My husband has a bad knee and it is hard going up and down the stairs. The condo did have plenty of laundry and dishwasher supplies, as well as toilet paper and paper towels, from previous renters, so check the condo first before buying these things at the grocery store! Thank you for making our stay perfect!

Great location & stunning views

We stayed here for a little over a week and had the best time. The condo looks identical to the photos in the listing! The view was magical and the area (Kapalua Bay) is so peaceful and serene. It was pretty warm while we were there, so the property management company brought over a fan for us, which made a huge difference. The kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance, dish, utensil, etc. that you could need. We'll be back for sure!

Wonderful Week & Spectacular Views

We had a wonderful week at this property. The pictures and descriptions of the unit are spot on. Beaches are reasonably close but do take a little bit of effort. The only suggestion I’d make would be to find a way to shade the frosted windows in the shower. Using the shower at night with bathroom lights on leaves one a bit exposed to the outside.

Perfect condo in the perfect location

Unit was impeccably clean and stocked with everything you need. They even thought of putting plastic storage containers and clips in the kitchen. (Small detail but appreciated!) Views are stunning and the beach is a few minutes walk. We loved being a 5 minutes walk from the Montage Hotel and Merrimans Restaurant as well as a .5 miles from the Ritz Carlton- plenty of great restaurants and bars to walk to. The unit is professionally managed by My Perfect Stays- their communication was excellent and knowing that you were dealing with a professional agency vs a specific owner is great. We will definitely stay here again! 5 stars-

Amazing villa!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa! It was just as pictured with an abundant amount of all supplies! Gorgeous view with an interior to match! Convenient to Kapalua and Napili Bays for snorkeling. Lots of great trails and paths in and around the community. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Maui Vacation Property

Great location! Nice walking trails along the coastline and beach. Beautiful property with nice pool, tennis courts, plenty of parking. Quiet. The condo itself was clean and bright with everything needed for an enjoyable stay!

Super spacious for the 2 of us - love the 2 levels and amenities like washer and dryer. Decor is fabulous - bright and white and kitchen was well stocked with all that we needed to cook most dinners which we love. Location is perfect - the most beautiful part of Maui in our opinion with the Coastal Trail backdrop - we saw whales and dolphins and turtles!
