 Estamos en el edificio Konea, que es el edificio más nuevo, que cuenta con la piscina familiar, el spa y el gimnasio, la nueva tienda en el vestíbulo. No estamos cerca de la construcción en frente del edificio.
Unidad 504 Edificio Konea más nuevo, hermoso océano y montañas del oeste de Maui. El edificio cuenta con el Health Club remodelado primario y es el hogar del nuevo Spa. Hermosa piscina familiar, a las afueras hacia el océano.

Great stay

Honua Kai never disappoints. This two bedroom condo was great for two couples. We have stayed in several units at this resort over the years and this one was as good as any of them. We will be back.

Great Family Stay

This was a beautiful rental In Kaanapali. The room was much bigger than I initially thought. AMAZING views of the mountain and even a bit of the water. Couldn’t have asked for a cleaner, more organized space. We had everything we needed: beach chairs, shower towels, a stocked kitchen, and extra toiletries. Will be staying here again!

Wonderful location!

We loved staying at the Honua Kai. This unit is located conveniently close to the elevator that goes to the parking garage, store, gym and lobby. The on-site amenities are great and location on the boardwalk is great for walking. The property manager and owner are both responsive and easy to reach. Thank you!

Great rental unit at an incredible resort

This condo is perfect in so many ways. Tons of space, great furnishings, comfortable beds, terrific views of mountains and ocean, and the pool at Honua Kai is absolutely amazing. The snorkeling right off the beach was fantastic and of course the Maui sunsets were great. The location was great and right by a reasonable grocery store. Parking was easy as well. If you have kids, this resort is just perfect. The pool setup is elite… multiple hot tubs, waterfalls, lazy river like area. Do not hesitate to book… I did extensive research when planning our trip and this unit delivered on all of my expectations.

Great condo at Honua Kai Resort

We stayed here with our family of 5 (older teen/young adult boys) and had a great stay! Condo was a good size for us, we all slept well. Two bathrooms were great and my 14 yo said the pullout sofa with the extra foam pads was comfortable. The resort itself was wonderful. The beach was nice, pools were great, and we enjoyed dinner at Duke's (make a reservation). Condo had a cooler, two beach chairs, a boogie board, and a couple other random beach items to use. It had all the kitchen supplies we needed for our simple breakfast and lunch items we made. We even made it to the fitness center one day. We had another family we stayed with who had a larger 3 BR condo at this resort with an amazing ocean front view. We felt this condo was much more budget friendly for us and fit our needs well. Just make sure the patio door is shut firmly for AC to work. Overall, great stay! Would recommend for sure!

We had an amazing time!

First off, the condo is exactly as pictured. It was clean and the building and grounds were beautiful. Monty was great, checking on us to make sure everything was going ok. The pools were nice and felt great on a hot day (they are heated) and the ocean in front of the resort was perfect for swimming at high tide or snorkeling anytime of day. It's close to Black Rock Beach as well as Baby beach. There is a grocery store two minutes up the road as well as a food truck park next door. The condo is close to the elevator and all of the pools and the view was gorgeous!! There were a few stains on the headboards but we aren't picky so it didn't bother us. The resort was quiet and it was an absolute pleasure to stay for a few days. The kids loved playing with the water toys in the closet and we enjoyed using some of the books in the condo. We are already planning our trip back for next year. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Overall pleased

This was our second time staying at this the Honua Kai resort, first time in this 2 bedroom unit. We were pleased with our stay,. The property manager Monty was very helpful and we had great communication prior and during our stay. This is a nice place to stay! We did feel the unit could use a little TLC. THE PLUSES: THIS IS A LOVELY RESORT, well maintained grounds, THE UNIT, big living room and bedrooms, great water pressure in shower, nice appliances, plenty of cookware, great beach accessories, water toys, cooler, big lanai and nice view. Close food trucks and lots of great little shops near by! THE NEGATIVES: Couch was heavenly stained, master bedroom head board had a big stain, walls were scuffed and need some attentions, no smart TV’s, (fire stick on living room TV) lamp shades were damaged or stained. Rust on mirror base in bathroom. Small detail, rear entrance gate would not work with our parking pass. Limited supply of toilet paper provided and no facial tissue provided at all.

Beautiful condo with amazing view and convenient location!

My mom and I rented the condo for 8 nights and had an amazing time. We did tons of activities all over Maui, and the condo was well situated to go everywhere. The parking was easy, and the valet option was a lifesaver when we had all our groceries. The beds were comfortable, and it we relaxed on the patio and resort grounds every night. Both bathrooms were massive, and the kitchen and laundry were top notch. It was a bonus that I could get a great latte downstairs every day. We were only two people, but you could easily accommodate 4-6 in the amount of space. The property manager answered our few questions within minutes and was so nice. I would stay here again and recommend to all.

We loved the property as we had stayed there once before. Dukes restaurant and bar on the premises by the beach. It's great if you don't feel like venturing out and want to hang by one of the many pools. Our issue is with the unit and host. I contacted the soon as we arrived about the air condition unit not working properly or at all. He did text me back about checking to make sure that all lanai doors were closed or the unit will not turn on. We found that the lanai door was not closing properly. You had to bang it shut and still would not close tightly and you had to use your shoulder to pry it open. The unit had a temperature of 76 degrees. They did send a someone over to make a few adjustments which helped enough to get the air conditioner to work. I was told that we had a Keurig coffee maker but the basket that punctures the pods was missing. I took a picture of it and sent it to the host but it was never addressed. All three televisions had problems with pixels or the station had no signal but I never contacted the host because we would not be in our unit that much. The furniture was a bit beat up and the living room couch had stains on it. We did here back from the host the day before checkout. He asked that we put the towels on in the washer run the dishwasher and take out the trash. We did comply but I'm not happy about it. I paid for cleaning services why am I being asked to do so? Nothing to do with the unit but I have to bring up the parking situation. We had two handicap people on this visit and the parking under the building is not sufficient. They definitely do not have the legal amount of handicap spots either. They do have valet parking but that is making a handicap person walk even further and away from the elevators. There were two handicap spots near the elevator and they were taken many times by non handicap vehicles. We called up security and the placed warning stickers on the drivers window that they would be towed. The Honua Kai needs to address this problem and have security surveilling the parking lot for issues. I will probably stay here again but because of the property is clean and manicured every day and its a great location. I just hope that the parking situation improves in the future. Sal

Great condo & location

Great condo at a fantastic location, it is within a resort walking distance to the sand. Lots to do all within 2-5 miles, in addition to up and down that side of the coast. Condo is stocked with beach essentials which was lovely. The reason for my less than 5 star rating, there were many awful stains on the couch, thats where we spent most of our time, plus one of our guest was sleeping on the pull out bed, so that was sort of unsettling with a dirty couch. The AC would automatically turns off when the balcony door opens, which is a great way to save energy. However it does not turn back on automatically, we never wanted to bother the property manager but after 2 days of AC not coming back on, we have searched on YouTube, researched ourselves, could not figure out how to turn it back on. When I finally reached out to property manager for some direction, I was provided with none, but eventually we figured it out.

Home Away from Home

My husband and two 17 year olds just returned form an amazing stay. This property is even more beautiful in person and has plenty of room for families. The room had everything we needed and more. Monty is extremely attentive and helpful for anything you need. We will re-book this condo on next trip!

Amazing vacation!

The unit was clean, spacious, and had a wonderful mountain and partial ocean view. The resort was great overall and having the amenities and huge space was great for our family. We were traveling with our two young kids (6 &3) and the unit was surprisingly child friendly. They appreciated the sand and pool toys that were available in the unit.

Wonderful week at Honua Kai

Rick's place is amazing. The resort is five star and Rick's unit will not disappoint. The location is great, it is a side view but angled to give wonderful ocean as well as landscape views. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was immaculately clean. We had a wonderful week in paradise and can't wait to return.

Beautiful Condo & View

We booked our property nearly a year prior, when we arrived the photos didn't do it justice. The space was perfect for our family, easy walk to the beach and resort amenities. Highly recommend the resort and this property specifically. Had everything you needed to make a grea vacation.

Wonderful Condo at Honua Kai

We had a wonderful stay at Rick's 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at Honua Kai. The location is great, the pools are spectacular, and the beach is right there. Monty, the property manager, was prompt and accommodating in facilitating separating the king size bed into 2 twins for our teens while we were at dinner the day we arrived. We highly recommend this resort and this condo.
