Do not book this listing!!! This property is not as advertised
We experienced numerous issues during our stay and this property is not nearly as nice as the photos on the listing. Ultimately, this VRBO host/property manager was unwilling to give us any sort of compensation for our experience (after numerous outreach attempts). I sent the host a lengthy email and provided several photos of what we experienced. Issues include, but are not limited to: holes and black marks on the walls, showers not draining, missing shower door, poor water pressure, windows that are unable to be fully closed, inoperable blinds, hand/dish soaps obviously refilled with other products, trash outside in several spots on the grounds including glass, rotten deck boards that could be stepped through. Additionally, this house is across the water from a school so keep that in mind before you book here. This house has the potential to be a very nice rental, but they are obviously not effectively maintaining this house and it is certainly nowhere close to being worth what they are charging per night.
