Great get away close to beach

We had a great time!! Check in process was a bit hairy as we were given the wrong unit number. We were 300 feet from the beach, shopping, restaurants, and outdoor theater. It was clean and had everything we needed for a short get away.

Property was very cute and perfect for my family Check in was horrible as the host gave me the wrong unit # but after an hour and a half, we were able to get in the correct unit!!! In spite of that hic up I definitely will stay there again

Great Beach Getaway Location

Perfect location. Appreciated the extra supplies ( shampoo, towels etc) since we were there for 8 days. Great communication with the host, they even checked in on us mid way through our stay. We will rent from DesignedVR again.

Confining

The place is tiny. I guess they did'nt have room for a soap dish in the shower or even a towel bar to hang a towel or washcloth. No flat surfaces to put anything down on except the floor. Huge kitchen sink takes about half the countertop and a refrigerator like a lunch box.

Super Tiny but Cute

perfect for one, and a little tight for two because there are zero closets and only one dresser. Also nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom (no bars or hooks). Last twice, other cars were parked in our designated spot and had to keep reaching out to property manager to resolve.

Cute place with parking issues

The apartment looked exactly like the photos. It was very close to the Hollywood Boardwalk. We were assured that our 20 foot van would fit in the parking space. A fellow traveler complained that we were parked too far over and that they couldn’t get into their space (they were parked in it!?) Suggestion: Give people in vans the spaces on the ends.

Great location/communication

Everything things was perfect especially if my wife approved! The host responded to every concern from replacing a broken blender to our car being blocked in at departure time at 4:30am the host responded! Other potential renters please don't tear this place up, I won't to come back to this location!!! Only thing that was hurtful was we didn't know there was beach chairs under the bed we spent $80 on retals!!! 😂😂😂

Top to bottom Renovation, Close to Beach

I stayed for two nights, the apartment is renovated and very comfortable. They made the most of the space. Very good communication with manager, easy to check in. Good parking right on site. Quiet street, only one block from the board walk. Great location.

Cute place with a great location!

This place was perfect for our stay. It was a block away from the boardwalk which made it very accessible but also far enough off the boardwalk at night so you could get some quiet time. Would stay again.

Great Apartment, Great Location, Great Host!!!

The room was just steps from the beach and broadwalk. Fantastic stay!! I have stayed at Hollywood Beach several times and always had to physically stand in line for a 4:00 check in. With this property I was able to do everything via the site and check in was as simple as receiving a door code and walking in with an 11am entry, felt like VIP service. The parking space right next to the building was part of the room cost which was wonderful after having to pay 20.00+ per day and not close to the room on previous stays. The room was very nicely done and very clean. It had everything needed for cooking and eating. The room came complete with beach chairs and umbrella. We had one night that we came "home" and someone was in our parking spot. I sent a text to management and the situation was corrected in less than 5 min. The host kept lines of communication open the whole stay and checked frequently to see if there was anything we needed. Would definitely stay again and plan to!!!!!!

Beach house vacation

Loved staying in this cute little apartment. A perfect spot for my husband and myself. The beach is just steps away. Loved those gorgeous sunrises, walking on the broadwalk and eating dinner at the many ocean view restaurants. Go!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Property and location were great. Communication with host was very easy. We stayed two weeks …only complaint the unit definitely needs hooks in both bedroom & bathroom. Storage for clothing is small.

Superb Stay Seconds from the Beach

We actually visit Hollywood yearly in July, but wanted to go in February, and this is one of the nicer places to stay on The Broadwalk. This super clean newly renovated apartment was small, but absolutely perfect for two, with a separate bedroom and small kitchenette. Access, check-in, and checkout were extremely easy and convenient. Parking is included. The Broadwalk is less than a minute walk with access to the Beach, restaurants, and shops. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends. The place was comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thanks!

Fairly well-equipped with a few beach towels and 2 beach-chairs but some issues with limited amt of small bath towels and broken/faulty items such as shower curtain. Staff was excellent in their attempts to remedy but timing of service was not convenient for us.

Perfect beachfront gettaway

Three things about this property will jave me coming back..1) Newly rennovated and current with separate bedroom 2) great location..100 ft from the beach and broadwalk 3) Reasonable cost... If we had come with car..then the free parking space would have been #4. And the communication from Manager was outstanding

Spring getaway

We had an amazing time thanks to this property! We were very close to the beach, and we were right in the middle of the boardwalk! The house was beautiful, plenty of room for the 4 of us to stay the 5 nights! Hosts were very accommodating and always checked in with us!

Great place right on the boardwalk

Great place to stay, came down for work and decided for the cost to stay on the beach rather than a hotel. Worked out great, this one is within about 100 yards of the beach and is right in the middle of all the food on the boardwalk. Didn't hear neighbors much other than main doors opening, but they're large metal doors so that's expected. The parking and laundry were very convenient since I stayed 2 weeks total. They were very responsive if I had any questions or needed to report any issues.
