Great Place to Stay

It was beautiful, ypu can see the dolphins swimming while you sit by the pool. Beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of amenities stocked in the kitchen, including a ninja blender. My only complaint is the floors were very dorty.floo

Beautiful

The condo was very beautiful and clean … it was well stocked with what you need. I would definitely book this condo again I highly recommend. The only dislike was the beach it was small and you had to walk a little distance to get there . Me and my husband went Mirimar public beach and the water was beautiful

Condo was clean and as listed. The Walk to the beach with water access was more like a hike. Lots of construction going on with fencing restricts access to some areas and the hike to the area with water access was not a mere walk! Pool area is very nice.

Condo was nice and as expected. No issues with the unit itself. The master bedroom ceiling was not working. Contacted number and was told it was known. They did not seem bothered to replace it. Told them I wanted it done. They promised to keep me updated, which was NOT done. Never did they tell me the technician was coming. Luckily we were out at the time. Never could I reach them via phone, only correspondence was via text.

Health/environmental issues and insufficient responsiveness

As soon as we entered this condo, a strong and sickening pet odor pervaded. We discovered this was centered in the large master bedroom suite which reeked of pet smells. We had strong physical reactions and had to seal off the master bedroom by closing the door. It was uninhabitable. We kept texting Realjoy who did not appreciate this as a health hazard. We relayed the rug in the master bedroom was stained and that another rug on the balcony also reeked and was full of pet hair. Yet we had to make it through the evening (check in is at 4pm) and reached out again in the am. By persistent urging, we got a response. The operations staff member sent to arrived early and we met her by accident. She concurred with our appraisal and the rugs were all removed and artificial air fresheners placed throughout the condo to cover any odor. A low level smell persisted throughout our entire stay and surfaced as the air fresheners dissipated. We had planned this stay as a special birthday gift for a family member who had recently lost their spouse but this "welcome" tainted and overshadowed our entire stay. The condo felt unclean as it raised concerns about what type of living habits exist to lead to such conditions and whether the management company is really managing their properties with sufficient oversight. The level/type of customer service needs much improvement.

Great relaxing getaway

Nice clean property well maintained. Security gate and right on the water. Very large patio with 2 tables. Did some fishing right in the back and used the pool as well. Also did a fishing trip which was great!

Just a little slice of Destin

Came down for a quick escape. The property was great. Pictures and description were spot in to what you were getting. I liked the security of the property. Destin has some great beaches we will return.

Great condo

This condo was such a nice surprise! It was a little off the main strip, but we actually found that this was more enjoyable for our family to be able to relax and enjoy. The beach is without large crowds. Would highly recommend!

Room was nice

The room was nice, location was nice. The downfall was there is no beach access in front of the building. It was our first trip and we loved it but you have a little walk to get to the water. It’s the bay, but still nice. We had to drive a little bit to get to a public access to get on the beach. There are also several different codes to get into the building, gates, elevator. Lol. Kind of nice, kind of a pain to remember them. Overall, the room and location is nice as long as you don’t mind a little walk. Our first time in Destin was a blast.

Great Value

This was the first time we ever used a VRBO property and we were pleasantly surprised. The value was great and the the condo was decorated nicely with a beach theme. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. While motor in the big picture, I feel obligated to mention the few things I found annoying or could be improved upon. The unit is close to the entrance and the gate is very noisy and you can here it every time a car comes in or out during the night. This can be a big problem if you are a light sleeper. Additionally, while a blender is provided it is old and not very powerful. While nitpicking, I felt the negative should be known. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a clean comfortable place to stay in Destin with their family.

Simply amazing!

I have absolutely no complains about this property. We drove 8 hours since we are from Houston TX. & since we drove in everything went so smooth. Place was beautiful and super cool. Had some amazing balcony views easy to get around. There was a beach that was also super easy to get to. There was also a beach taxi right behind our backyard! We are so in love with this place we already want to come back!

Quick trip

The only disappointment with the condo was that there was no actual ocean access. There was sand and a seawall but you couldn't get into the water so we had to find another Beach. Other than that the location was great and the room itself was nice
