Sun and dolphins

Condo was spotless and beautiful. We sat on the balcony every morning to watch the sun come up and count the many dolphins that were playing right in front of the building. Would definitely rent again!

Peaceful and relaxing

Our Condo on the 8th floor was spacious ,clean, nicely furnished and well appointed. We had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. We enjoyed the views from our balcony, the beach and pool. We found plenty of good local eateries 15-20 mins away. The facility is older but well maintained and its in a beautiful area. Very happy with our stay. My one caveat is everything was done by text or email. I don't live on my phone as so many do and trying to catch someone in the office seemed difficult. Nobody around. I don't care for the "Emergency Number" thing either. You need to have staff at the facility.

The worst experience ever. RAT infested. No heads up from property management about the Rats. I Sent VBRO a message and never had a return message !!! But on Monday after Rats ate food on the counter I has a number for Ocean Luxuary rentals which must have been a 3 third party did contact me after my calling them and had me moved south to Daytona Florida to another condo. These people were wonderful . They were top of their game when it came to getting us taken care of. HATS OFF. But again VRBO never responded to my messages. Really..... I could go on but RATS in a condo 8 floors up.

Balcony & Pool

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the quiet ocean front setting. It would be nice if the balcony furniture could be wiped down and the floor mopped if needed (there was a spill we cleaned up ourselves). Wish there was access to the pool through the lobby as it is beautiful to see the pool and ocean from the lobby doors. We were glad to have the park next door to access the beach.

New Year's Eve stay

Went down with some family (4 of us) for a different way to spend New Year's Eve. Liked the low-key atmosphere of Ormond Beach. If you like more party, Daytona Beach was a short drive south. Great impressive views of the ocean from the balcony. Complex is a little older, but well kept. Liked the security of the gated garage and keypad entry to the complex. Pretty quiet overall. Laundry room was across the hall, which was very convenient. Very friendly people wherever we went.

Wonderful Condo with Great Views

Me and my sisters stayed in here for a week right after the hurricane. The beach access stairs had been washed away, but there was a park right next door that had access to the beach so that wasn't a problem at all. There was also a sparkling clean pool to use, but the weather was a little cold during our visit so we never really used the pool. This condo was very nice and clean and had views of the ocean from living room and both bedrooms. Also a wonderful balcony with great ocean and beach views. Spent our mornings having coffee on the balcony and watching the sunrise, that was awesome! We would definitely stay here again.

More than advertised.

I’ve stayed at a lot of vacation rentals. This is the first time it was much better than advertised. This is a very nice property for the money, and much nicer than many that are three times as high.

Relaxing Beach Vacation

Overall a great experience! The property was spotless, kitchen well-equipped, quiet building, easy beach access, uncrowded pool, and attentive management. Very comfortable condo for our family of four with close proximity to trash chute, laundry room, and elevators. Underground parking was nice and kept the car cooler. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the crashing waves and many brown pelicans that flew by daily. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, too. Thank you for sharing your condo!

Beautiful Oceanfront Stay

The condo was beautiful. Very clean and spacious. Balcony had an oceanfront view, and each bedroom did as well. I would definitely stay here again! The only thing missing was a hot tub, but had a great pool!

Overpriced

The unit had no hairdryer even though the listing said there was one. There was only 1 dish towel and a couple of rags that I assumed were supposed to be dishrags. There was one set of decorative towels in the master bathroom. There were two fingertip towels but no face cloths. The hall bath had only two towels and two wash cloths - hardly enough for even two adults and the unit is supposed to be for 6! The garage remote was broken when we arrived and it took 4 days and a number of phone calls to finally get a replacement.

Ormond Beach

Clean and comfortable ocean front condo. Spectacular views! Missing an iron and ironing board. A couple of beach chairs would have been nice, since we flew in and could not bring chairs. Overall a great stay!!
