Very Uncomfortable/dirty apartment
Filthy, unlivable;
Old, uncomfortable, stained couch in living room with stained rug.
Uncomfortable bed in master bedroom as the mattress needs to be changed. Must be 10 years old.
Bed and couch need to be replaced. There was nowhere in the apartment to get comfortable.
Kitchen cabinets were splattered with grease. A/C vent is full of dust.
Why is a cleaning fee charged if no one cleans the place? Very confusing to find location and elevator nearest to the apartment was out of order. I notified management of the dirty conditions and they asked if I wanted a cleaning crew. That should have been taken care of before I got there. I don’t need to be inconvenienced in watching a cleaning crew while I am on vacation.
Husband is a disabled veteran, we were told there was an elevator on site but it was out of service... this property should be taken off of VRBO.
Host is completely ignoring us trying to resolve this issue.
