Sehr nettes kleines Ferienhäuschen, mit allem was man benötigt.Wir waren das erste Mal in Cuxhaven / Duhnen und waren alle positiv überrascht.Wir würden immer wieder dieses Ferienhaus mieten, alleine schon wegen der Lage, Strandnähe und Ruhe.

Das Häuschen war eigentlich sehr schön. Da wir aber 4 Erwachsenen Personen waren , mit 2 Ü60gern , war es grenzwertig. Die Treppe war sehr steil und die Bäder sehr klein, die restlichen Räume waren ok. Am besten fanden wir die überdachte Terasse, die wir zum Essen und am Abend viel genutzt haben.

Super Lage. Leider Bauarbeiten und Parkplatz nicht nutzbar

Leider hatten wir gegenüber eine Baustelle von einen Neubau. Um 8 Uhr war schlafen vorbei. Den mit bezahlten Parkplatz konnten wir nur eingeschränkt nutzen, da gegenüber pkw standen und somit ein rein oder raus nicht möglich war. Das Objekt selber ist top.

Bis auf die Enge, die zu fünft hatten, waren wir mit allem zufrieden. Das hätten ehrlichere Fotos (nicht mit Weitwinkel) im Vorab verdeutlichen können. Für eine junge Familie mit schlanken Eltern mag das komfortabel sein. Für uns war es doch etwas beschwerlich, die Treppe gefährlich... Nun ja, daran wollen wir uns nicht aufhalten. Der Service war super, es waren auch viele Gebrauchsgegenstände vorhanden, es war warm und das Wetter absolut gut. Deshalb trotzdem 4 Sterne

Schöne, saubere Unterkunft in Strandnähe

Sehr schönes, kleines Ferienhaus! An die kleinem Gäste ist auch bestens gedacht worden. Schaukel, Sandkasten (hier könnte mal etwas Sand nachgefüllt werden), Spiele und Bücher. Die Treppe verfügt auch über Sicherheitstörchen. Die Küche ist ebenfalls gut eingerichtet! Einziges Manko ist das fehlende WLAN (worauf aber hingewiesen wird). Vodafone und Telekom bieten aber recht guten mobilen Empfang. Bei O2 ist leider selbst normales Telefonieren schwierig. Zusammenfassend kann man sagen, dass die Unterkunft gut für Familien mit Kindern geeignet ist!

Perfekter Familienurlaub

Wir haben 14 gemütliche Tage in dem Haus verbracht. Es war alles vorhanden, selbst eine Waschmaschine. Die Schaukeln wurden von unseren Töchtern stark frequentiert und es wurde eifrig Fangen ums Haus gespielt. Dank der überdachten Terrasse konnten wir auch bei Regen draußen sitzen. Wir würden das Objekt noch einmal buchen.

Schade das man das Gästebuch mit Verbesserungsvorschläge ignoriert. Da es kein Internetzugang gibt hat man sehr schlechten Empfang .

Empfehlenswert, wenn kleine Mängel behoben werden

Es war ein schöner Urlaub, das Haus innen war sauber und gut ausgestattet, ein kleines Manko war die Außenanlage, Kinder hätten nicht spielen können da der Rasen nicht gemäht war und dort sehr viele Bienen/ Wespen unterwegs waren, der Sandkasten war leider auch nicht einladend, die Terrasse könnte auch eine Grundreinigung bekommen, wir haben sie aber trotzdem nutzen können. Leider ist es für einige Leute wichtig erreichbar zu sein, vielleicht sollte man auch über WLAN nachdenken. Wir würden auch gerne wieder kommen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, welches sehr gut für die ganze Familie geeignet ist. Sehr kinderfreundlich. Ruhige Lage mit einem bequemen Spaziergang in den Ort. Sehr gut organisierter Verwalter.

Das Objekt hat direkte Parkgelegenheit es ist sehr ruhig und dennoch recht Zentrumnah. Großes Lob an die Hausverwaltung Cuxland , welche gut und unkompliziert zur Verfügung steht !!

Preisleistung ist super. Für Kinder ideal, ruhige Gegend sehr viel Spielzeug im Ferienhaus vorhanden. In der Küche auch mehr wie genug da. Top.
