Pretty good

The location was beautiful, great greenery around, loved watching the sunset! There were a couple of things that affected the stay. We couldn’t find the hot plate during the stay so cooking was a little harder, but not terrible! There were gunshots nearby during at sunset and into the night a bit and my partner with PTSD ended up having an episode the first night, which was a bit harder. And sadly, we woke up with bed bug bites and that caused a lot of distress once we got home and realized what they were and had to make sure we got everything washed. Other than that, the stay was very nice. The treehouse was beautiful and we loved sitting on the balcony and watching the trees sway. The second treehouse is a lot closer than I thought it would be so just another thing I thought people would like to know! :)

Quite time in the woods

Nice small, intimate space in a relaxing area. The main bed was a bit uncomfortable for our liking, however we enjoyed our stay!

True Get-away

Just what we needed and what to expect from a tree house, back to basics, be it cooking on fire, cold showers, and best of all no wifi. We enjoyed reconnecting and playing games with our teenager, our dogs loved the woods. For a little more comfort bring your gas cooker and favorite games, definitely a good book.

Quaint stay in the woods!

Long windy drive, but great directions. Nice patio attached to tree house overlooking the property. Outdoor areas great with a firepit, hammocks & bbq grill. Great place to escape to solice in the country.

Excellent Stay, Beautiful Location

We had a great time at the property and enjoyed the porch and fire pit for our morning and evening reading. We did find some active coals in the fire pit when we arrived, they were buried under some sand and still hot and smoking when uncovered. We also had some difficulty with the electric lock at first, but figured it out. We think maybe two bullet points on the check in message and checkout list for fire safety and how to operate the electric lock would go a long way. Overall, an excellent trip and we have recommended both cabins to our family and friends.

Loved this tree house!

The tree house was amazing! The house was in a very quiet, secluded area and we felt right at home. The bed was so comfortable, the air conditioner was perfect, and we slept great.

Climbing high

We celebrated our 48th anniversary- a very unique experience in the treetops. The patio was very relaxing, where we could hear birds and watch waving tree tops. In our mid 70s, we had to be extremely careful climbing both the ladder steps to the door as well as the ladder to the loft. In spite of the challenge we slept well and had a great night.

Quiet and awesome

We stayed at the treehouse for the eclipse and it was awesome. I loved having little to no cell service because I didn’t want to be bothered. The place is awesome and we look forward to visiting again!

Total Relaxation

Cute little tree house. Nicely decorated, lots of outdoor fun tings to do. Beautiful trees around the house. Perfect getaway place for 2 or 3 people. Communication with the hosts was outstanding, almost instantaneous in spite of cell service. In a nutshell, if you want to get away from all the hustle and bustle, from TV, Wi-Fi, internet, radio, this is it. Enjoy.

Quick Getaway

Our family stayed in the Hummingbird treehouse for one night to break up a long holiday drive. It was a great retreat and nice to be off grid for a night. Unfortunately it rained the whole time we were there but we still had fun playing cards and cuddling in the warm treehouse. There were plenty of activities to do outside although we didn’t have much dry weather to enjoy them. Inside there were cards and games to play which helped keep the kids busy.

Treehouse Adventure

We played the outdoor games that were furnished by the host, horseshoes, cornhole, jenga & whiffle ball? There were 2 swings & 2 hammocks. A picnic table, fire pit, charcoal grill with wood & charcoal furnished for us. We had a small breakfast on the patio this morning and listened to the different bird sounds. My nephew learned how to start a fire, watch for snakes and identify poison ivy. The cabin was equipped with everyday necessities, frig, coffee pot, container of distilled water for drinking and making coffee. A comfortable stay with cool air, clean beds & clean restroom with hand soap, shampoo, conditioner & towels. The shower was nice with adequate water pressure. Overall, a clean & quiet place in the woods in a compact little treehouse! Perfect! The only thing missing was a slide 😂.
