A great get-away
The house was all we expected. We had wonderful weather and the view was great. Nothing major but we could tell the house is a work in progress and there were even some packages that were delivered while we were there that looked like art work. The kitchen sink needed a good cleaning. I would have done it myself if I had an SOS pad ! We could not find the ping pong table (really !) and I had to text the owner to find out where it was. Then we never did find the paddles or balls so the guys could play. That is something that should be very visible for the guests to use. And I would strongly recommend bath mats so guests are not stepping out of a tub/shower onto the lovely hard wood floors and possibly slipping on that wet floor. And lastly the owner seemed a bit cross with me that I didn't answer his calls. First of all I was enroute and I do not check my phone every hour on the hour, Nor do I answer numbers I don't recognize plus there was no name id on the calls. All it said was it was from Colorado and I don't know how I would be expected to know that is where he lives. This was my first experience with Vrbo and all in all it was a good one.
