Oceanica 2BR / 2 BA: vista al mar, a pie de la playa, puestas de sol, ¡un montón de comodidades!

Flamingo Beach es una de las playas más bellas de toda Costa Rica. La arena blanca, olas divertidas y hermosas son todos tan cerca de Oceanica, haciendo de este apartamento no sólo un valor excelente, pero unas vacaciones magnífico e inolvidable! Este condominio cuenta con amplias vistas del océano Pacífico y con vistas a Bahía Potrero (al norte), desde cada habitación espaciosa (cada una con su propio balcón con salida al exterior) y sala de estar.

Disfrute de este hermoso y brillante condominio con vista al mar (trabajo de pintura nuevo completo, septiembre de 2018), así como fácil de trabajar en la cocina cargada con suministros y electrodomésticos. Las dos habitaciones tienen magníficas vistas al océano o la bahía, balcones con salida al exterior y TV. La habitación principal tiene una madera Guanacaste hecha a la medida, cama king size con colchones ortopédicos, almohadas mullidas y sábanas de diseño. Un montón de confort, junto con una nueva pantalla plana de televisión en cada habitación. Disfrutar del baño extra grande con un enorme espacio en el armario y un montón de espacio para las dos de la mañana.

El segundo, cama de matrimonio y armario se hacen a mano a medida a partir de maderas locales y creó con amor y cuidado. Hay un montón de armarios y espacio de almacenamiento, iluminación, ventilador de techo, TV y, por supuesto, aire acondicionado. Más 2 balcones de salida!

La zona de estar amplia y cómoda, con un montón de asientos es grande y centrado en el nuevo Smart, TV de pantalla plana de 40 "con reproductor de DVD. Un Smart TV es como tener una computadora de escritorio gigante a su alcance. No sólo se puede utilizar el cable HDMI suministrado para ver sus selecciones favoritas de su computadora, pero se puede acceder a todos sus sitios web favoritos, Google, correo electrónico, FB, etc YouTube también! Es excelente, la nueva tecnología disponible para usted. Por supuesto, hay conexión inalámbrica a Internet (WiFi) (incluido un NUEVO enrutador de alta potencia comprado en 2018), incluso mientras se relaja en el balcón cubierto con vista al mar con muchos asientos al aire libre (1 sofá, 2 sillas de lujo y 2 taburetes y una marca nueva parrilla de gas).

La cocina es muy viable con cocina y mesa de comedor, así como asientos del bar. La cocina está totalmente equipada con un montón de utensilios, ollas, sartenes y electrodomésticos. El propietario era un antiguo chef, por lo que hay muchos utensilios de cocina, platos, vasos y toneladas de otros artículos de cocina y menaje de cocina. Completa con estufa, microondas, lavaplatos, triturador de basura, licuadora, tostadora, refrigerador de acero inoxidable con dispensador de hielo y dispensador de agua filtrada, encimeras de granito y doble lavabo. Es realmente el sueño de un cocinero! La arandela de tamaño completo de doble pila, secadora se encuentran en una habitación separada detrás de la cocina. Utilice este espacio para almacenamiento adicional si es necesario también. De hecho, la cocina tiene un armario despensa grande adecuado para almacenar artículos adicionales y grandes cantidades de alimentos. El condominio incluso viene con sillas de playa, sombrilla, refrigeradores y toallas de playa.

Preparar sus comidas favoritas y disfrutar de la parrilla de gas barbacoa gourmet ubicada en el balcón, junto con un montón de utensilios de cocina utensilios de cocina gourmet y proporcionadas. Family vacation

Host was FANTASTIC with communicationS and providing support for ancillary needs (car rentals, money exchange, driving routes, etc). Property was just as described. Beautiful beaches everywhere and lots to do if you wanted a break from beaches.

Paradise

For the first timer's like us, this was heaven! EVERYTHING you can think of was there at the Condo. From the coffee maker to the spectacular view, it was ALL there! It was on the third floor with a view of everything. Close to the beach, close to the restaurants in that area, and close to the Marina. (Walking distance to all) The Marina which is walking distance, has a great little market, and there is a full market less than 5 minutes away by car. I highly recommend this condo to ANYONE!

Amazing condo in a perfect location

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful condo in Playa Flamingo, and we can't recommend it enough! From the moment we booked, our host, Pamela, was fantastic. She was incredibly prompt with her communication and provided all the details we needed to make our stay seamless. Pamela went above and beyond by sending us a detailed map with clear instructions on how to get to the condo from the airport. She also helped us arrange our rental car and provided a wonderful list of local activities, which made exploring the area a breeze. The condo itself was stunning, featuring amazing ocean views from all the patios. We loved sitting outside, listening to the sound of the waves—it truly felt like paradise. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the most beautiful beach in the area. Plus, there are plenty of nearby restaurants and shops, making it super convenient. The condo is well-stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including umbrellas, beach chairs, and towels. It even came with laundry detergent and dryer sheets, which was a nice touch! The only thing to note is that there isn’t a clothing iron available, so if you need one, bring a steamer. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Pamela, for making our trip so memorable!

Great Costa Rican Vacation

Condo was perfect. All the basics you needed were supplied and the views were unbelievable. Flamingo is a great vacation spot. Beautiful beach, great restaurants/bars and the locals are so friendly. Pamela met us at condo at check-in and told us everything we needed to know about the condo and area. She also helped us with airport transportation and tours. Perfect host. Cant wait to go back and would definitely stay at Oceanica again. 5 star!!!

Amazing condo, amazing views!

We traveled as a family of four, two adults and two kids. The condo was very spacious, clean, and had everything you needed to make family meals. It was a short walk to the beach and short walk to the Flamingo Marina shops. We rented a car and had an easy time finding parking at the condo. Pamela was very accommodating with the check-in and check-out process. She was easy to communicate with. The pool was a lot of fun in the evenings when we were done playing at the beach. The views from the balcony are incredible! We would definitely come back and stay at Pamela's place.

Great condo, awesome location!

Great condo exactly as advertised with beautiful beach/ocean views from either balcony. Pamela was extremely accomodating and accessible with lots of helpful information. Just a short walk to Playa Flamingo which was never crowded during our stay. The pool was also really nice and well maintained. The complex has security guards and felt super safe. Would definitely stay here again.

Breathtaking!

This condo delivers on its description, photos, and more! Pamela is a great host and who made our first trip to Costa Rica a memorable experience. She was responsive and she provided us with plenty of information such as directions, places to go, tours, and information about Playa Flamingo in and around the condo. We showed up prepared to relax and take in everything the area had to offer. The condo itself is very spacious, modern, and clean. It is generously equipped with kitchen supplies to do your own cooking; as well as supplies like beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards. These details made it so easy for us to travel light from the US. This condo complex is the closest one you can get to the beach without staying next door at the Margaritaville resort. The views from the condo and the pool are breathtaking! Plenty of parking. Walkable community to grocery, restaurants, shops and the marina. We loved everything about this condo and the area and will definitely be back.

Wonderful property and fantastic host

The property is first rate and was very clean when we arrived. The items stocked when we arrived allowed us to not need to buy some items, that we would only use a few times. The distance to the beach was great even with a long stairway back to the unit. The sunsets were made for this unit, 180 wonderful views. Can recommend as a great property for a stay at Flamingo.

Amazing Views and Location

Pamela's condo is beyond awesome! The views are incredible and the pictures don't do it justice. Pamela has everything in the condo that you would need or anticipate needing. In 15 years of travel and stays; Pamela's place had the greatest view we've ever witnessed. At the risk of decreasing availability of this property for our next trip, we give this property five stars across all categories. The photos and description on the site are 100% accurate. The beach and the town of Flamingo are a short walk from the property. Pamela is a wonderful host and was very helpful with arranging transportation and car rental. Her property is very clean and has a tremendous view of the ocean. We stayed here for 26 days and will definitely return.

A week in Paradise

We absolutely loved everything about this place. The condo was perfect, clean, comfortable, and well supplied. You can’t beat the location. Just a few steps from the beach and the most incredible sunsets from the balcony. We loved the small town feel. Many great restaurants and the locals were incredible friendly. We made a trip to Tamarindo, which had many more restaurants and shops, but we definitely preferred the quaintness of Playa Flamingo. Pamela was also fabulous to work with. So helpful and accommodating. Can’t wait to visit again.

Great condo, great location

Stayed several times in Guanacaste and this condo and stay were the best. Location is perfect for a short walk to the beach or for a restaurant in the small downtown. Pamela was a great host with any questions answered. Beach chairs, a boogie board and spices/cooking needs exceeded expectations. Would highly recommend for groups of 4 or less.

We stayed for 4 nights at the Oceanica condo and loved every minute of it! The condo and the views from the balconies were absolutely beautiful. Could not be better! Pamela, our host, arranged everything and her referrals set us up for a perfect vacation. Her car rental contact, restaurant referrals and suggestions worked out perfectly. The view from her Condo is incredible and the pictures on her listing don't do it justice. Some hints: you will want a car - the walk from Flamingo Beach is steep. AVOID eating at Margaritaville- overpriced, grungy and infested with racoons at night that will climb on your upper level table and extra chairs. Loco Coco is great and there are many other very good places to eat. A well stocked grocery store is less than 5 minutes by car. Flamingo Beach is wonderful with great surf for boogie boarding or just relaxing. There is a BBQ in the unit but use the one by the pool. There are tables and sink for food preparation there. Fabulous Condo & Host!

This is our first trip to Costa Rica, and we could not be more pleased with this condo and the host. We had ocean views, super clean condo, and the host was very communicative in advance and greeted us and provided some details about the spacious 2BR 2 BA unit. We enjoyed sunset views of Flamingo Beach and the breeze on the patio. Perfect mobility for my 80 year old mother who has trouble with steps and stairs. We would stay here again, and highly recommend you book this unit. We were super pleased with surrounding area, come stay here, great food in the area, nice people, great unit.

Girls Trip 2023

We had a very enjoyable stay at this property in Playa Flamingo. Pamela was a fantastic host. The condo was spotless and had all the amenities you could ask for. Access to the beach was just a short walk or drive away and the infinity pool at the facility was very nice. Again, Pamela was an excellent host and even took care of reserving our rental car. She was just a call away if we needed any assistance. The view of the sunset from the patio was absolutely breathtaking! I highly recommend this condo!!!!!
