Quiet Getaway
I initially booked for two days and quickly communicated with the owners that we would love an additional day and a late check out. It was nice to be able to have our friends come over for dinner and stay the night. I usually do a walk through for any issues so I can communicate that with the owners. They were very responsive. If I have to offer any advice, it would be to have a welcome binder explaining things such as; how the Suana worked and information on locations to find Duraflame logs for the suana and fireplace and propane tanks for the BBQ. It took a day to figure it out but we figured it out. The place could use more appliances such as a blender and air fryer. Not sure who is responsible for the batteries of the remotes but it seemed most of them didn’t work or were not available for certain rooms. We took full advantage of the popcorn machine in the theater and had a great movie night. Just a note regarding the Jacuzzi in the master bedroom. When filling the tub, the water pressure cut off in the bathroom in the same floor and the other sinks were very low. The pressure quickly returned after about 7 minutes or so.. if I had to rate from 1-10, I would give the place a 9 since most of the small things were just a blip compared to the amazing time we had and the communication with the owners were wonderful.
