Family Vacation
We have stayed in various Sea Colony condos and we were looking forward to our stay this summer as well. It had been a few years since we visited Bethany. When we arrived, the first thing we wanted to do was to open the deck door and look at the ocean! Well, the blinds did not move and the deck door was ridiculously hard to move as well! We immediately tried to go on-line to find the number for the property management company but the internet did not work! We used our phone to look up the number and give them a call to report no internet, broken blinds and a deck door in need of service. They did not respond the entire week to fix anything! My husband, who works with computers, was able to fix the internet. The deck door and the blinds were a pain all week long. Although the location of the condo was great, as you can't go wrong with Sea Colony itself, the condo leaves a lot to be desired. The couch was filthy as were all of the walls. The tub in the secondary bathroom clogs when in use. The bottom bed on one of the beds is only a box spring, not a mattress. The pull out sofa in the third bedroom, when in use does not allow the door to be opened. The tv in the master bedroom does not work at all. When you pay as much as you do for a Sea Colony condo, you do not expect to encounter these problems. This is my third time filling out one of these surveys. I have had no response. Would be nice to hear back.
