Great location

The location for our stay was perfect, as It was less than a five minute walk to South Congress for restaurants, bars, and shopping. At the same time it was far enough away from the busy area to not be disturbed by any noise or traffic. We really enjoyed sitting out on the large balcony while drinking coffee and watching the neighborhood’s residents walking their dogs and enjoying the nice weather with their families. The apartment was well equipped and everything was new or in great shape. Anyone wanting a great location to use as a base for their trip to the Austin area would love this listing!

Great Find!

This suite had everything we needed. Clean, well-stocked, and a great location. We enjoyed being so close to a walking trail and the South Congress area. Just a quick walk, few blocks away, there is a neighborhood swimming pool that is free to use. The neighborhood is quiet and the deck was perfect to sit and relax. The front door does let in some light if you need it dark to sleep. Overall, it was just right for a little getaway weekend.

Great stay in peaceful little apartment!

We loved our stay in the well appointed little apartment in a lovely neighborhood. The area is residential and quiet, but very near Congress Ave, 1st Street, and lots of restaurants. Enjoyed the nice balcony for coffee or a cocktail. The apartment was very clean and super cute. Perfect for our needs. Would love to stay there again!

Cute loft in a great location!

We loved this little loft! It was the perfect place for a weekend Austin visit. The place was clean, comfortable, and within walking distance from South Congress and all the restaurants and shops there. We’d love to come back sometime!

The property is great and has just about everything you’d need. We loved the location…it’s perfect for just about anywhere downtown. The only issue we had was the bright light coming through the east facing entrance door. It made for an earlier morning than we would have preferred.

Great long Weekend

My girlfriend and I enjoyed a long weekend here and loved the property. Very clean, great communication, fast and easy check-in. House was in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, we will definitely look into coming back here again

Great property one block from SOCO. Exactly as described and photographed. Darling neighborhood. Garage apartment had everything we needed. Garage will open during your stay so keep that in mind if you plan on sleeping late.

Clean, comfortable and close to everything

The suite had everything we needed for a great long weekend in Austin. Walkable to many things we wanted to do and a short uber ride to everything else. We had a minor issue with the hot water that was addressed very quickly. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful Property - Perfect Location

First time to Austin, wanted to experience the food, music, and culture. For the most part we did all of these things within walking distance of the property. Also a couple of readily available UBER's to visit a stand up comedy club and downtown dinner. One recommendation is to try the super fun electric bikes or scooters that are everywhere. Highly recommend this property and all that Austin has to offer.
