Reality very different from the description of this rental
There was lots of dust on counters and appliances - Almost no rolls of toilet paper in bathrooms and/or paper towels- Near empty hand soap dispensers in bathrooms- The basement counters were dirty and sticky - The outdoor deck had dim light or lights that were out- The outdoor deck was dirty with debris on the floor and dirt on the railings- The outdoor grill was dirty from previous use.- The shower upstairs cause a leak in the basement. I contacted Junius and a plumber was sent. There were two leaks and only one could be fixed at the time. For the rest of our stay, a bucket was placed on the bar to retrieve water leaked from the ceiling.- The thermostat in the kitchen was inoperable and as a result no AC was circulating in the kitchen area on humid days. We had to use a fan to attempt to cool the area down to be somewhat comfortable.- Kitchen stools and chairs were not sturdy because the screws were loosed on several chairs/stools.- The towel racks in several bathrooms were not screwed in properly and not sturdy-The dining room round table was missing plates and screws underneath. It was uneven and not sturdy.- The jacuzzi did not seem to work- Downstairs couch/loveseat was dirty. Bed sheets were placed on the couch to be able to sit.
