Not VBRO material.

To summarize without too many details we had to be placed in a hotel. I am sure once this house is given proper detailed updating it will be worth it. Please be clear you will Uber a lot unless you have a car or someone to pick you up from Yonkers.

Nice neighborhood,open concept.Hreat space for my entire family.Kitchen big and spacious. Beds are huge. Definitely will stay here again.

Great place and perfect big group

Our Family from Sweden stayed at Ruth’s place ( We are local here in NY), we booked it as an extension of our home since we were entertaining 30 overseas guest, so 9 stayed at Ruth’s house. They LOVED The house!! Really perfect for a big group, it was very big space and comfortable too. The location is perfect as well, quite neighborhood and near Cross County mall. We were also very appreciative that Ruth extended the check out to 12:30 seamlessly since they don’t need to go to the airport until that time. We really highly recommend her place!!!!
