ABOUT THE HOME
This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is located right in the heart of Whistler's Pedestrian Village, with access to all that Whistler has to offer all year round. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with ensuite and an AC unit. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the living room has a double-sized sofa bed. This unit has air conditioning in the master bedroom for the hot summer days and has in-suite washer and dryer.

COMPLEX: DEER LODGE (TOWN PLAZA)
Located in the heart of Whistler Village, right on the Village Stroll. Surrounded by some of Whistler's best shops and restaurants and just a short walk to both mountain gondolas. The Town Plaza Suites - Eagle, Bear and Deer Lodges also feature a hot tub and fitness facilities.

Whistler Village accommodations are located just steps from both Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas, meaning you can walk out your front door or lobby and be on the slopes in minutes. One free pass is provided to a secure underground parkade. For each additional vehicle, you can purchase a parking pass in the parkade. Height restrictions may apply.

THINGS TO KNOW
- This home only has air conditioning in the Master bedroom. Portable fans are provided in all other bedrooms and the living area.
- Pack 'N Play & High Chairs are available for rentals by request.

HOUSE RULES
No smoking, no parties, no bikes permitted inside units, minimum booking age of 25. Pets are permitted in the property. Pets are permitted in the property - please let us know if you are bringing one. A non-refundable one-time pet fee of C$75.00 (plus tax) will be charged.
Base occupancy is 4 adults and max occupancy is 6 adults. The fifth and the sixth adult pay C$35 per night per person. Children under 12 years old stay free of charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 75% refund (minus service fee) if you cancel at least 45 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 45 days before check-in.

Whistler Proposal Weekend!
My husband and I traveled to San Diego for a long weekend with our daughter and her boyfriend, avid skiers who live in Bothell, WA. Whistler is a special place for them, and he proposed to her at the top of the mountain! We had the privilege of witnessing / documenting the entire event ~ truly magical. The condo was absolutely perfect for our stay (my first time in Whistler)...very comfortable beds, strong shower, plenty of space, amazing location. We would definitely rent it again if/when the time allows.

Great location
Really nice place. It is well located close to main dining areas but far enough to be quiet at night. Bit of a walk to slopes, but if you have an EPIC pass you can leave your skis with storage at the base so the walk was not an issue.

Short Stay in a Busy Village
My son and I spent 3 nights at this property during Crankworx, and the village was hopping. Despite that, the apartment was quiet (unless we left the windows open) and very well-equipped. The location was great for accessing the hill, as well as running out for a bite to eat.

Convenient location for access to Whistler village and all of the gondolas up to the mountain. Clean rooms, easy to access parking, and nice storage for ski equipment with lockers. Would definitely return for any future trips

Enjoyable family stay within Whistler Village
My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. We were able to walk to/from the lifts (about 10 min with young kids) without having to take a bus or drive. The unit was clean, well-appointed, and the front desk was very nice and helpful. Appreciated the organized and clear directions all around. Only minor complaint was that the beds were very soft, so if your back is sensitive to that please keep in mind.

Good Condo with a Few Downsides
The condo is in a very good location in the village near restaurants and shops, and it had a reasonable rate. It was clean and basically as-advertised. We enjoyed our stay. For skiing we usually took the free village shuttle bus #4 to the base of Whistler, rather than walking about half a kilometer to the base. This is a good condo with a few downsides: Music from the bar downstairs was clearly audible. It was louder on some nights than others, and played until about midnight. People who need silence to sleep will probably not be happy. We stayed Monday-Friday, so I don’t know how a weekend night would be. The hot tub was down for repair during our visit. Garbage and recycling had to be taken to the garbage room prior to checkout. You would expect this to be pretty simple, but it took at least 20 minutes because the garbage room is two levels underground, hard to get to, and not a nice place. No wonder the housekeepers don’t want to take the garbage down. A firm called Outpost manages the condo rental. The Outpost people that I talked with were kind and helpful, however Outpost seems a bit persnickety with contract details, and the contract they sent me was 33 pages, though there was lots of white space on each page, but still…
