Rico en historia y carácter, el edificio de la Unión se encuentra en el vibrante casco antiguo, a pocos pasos del hermoso puerto interior de Victoria. Nuestra suite es moderna y cómoda, con excelentes restaurantes, pintorescos cafés y tiendas a su alcance. La pasarela del puerto está justo al salir y el impresionante puerto interior de Victoria, a menos de 10 minutos a lo largo del camino. En la base de nuestra calle, súbase al ferry Victoria Harbour y explore la vía fluvial con paradas convenientes para este servicio de subir y bajar.

Si bien el área es vibrante, también puede retirarse al balcón para relajarse y disfrutar del aire fresco, las vistas del casco antiguo y las colinas de Sooke. Si desea comer adentro, la cocina completa cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y artículos de cocina para disfrutar de las comidas.

Hemos amueblado nuestro espacio con un cómodo sofá cama tamaño Queen para niños perezosos para que nuestra suite pueda acomodar hasta 4 personas. Tenemos una tarifa de limpieza del sofá cama para cubrir el tiempo extra y el costo del limpiador para lavar la ropa de cama. Este será reembolsado con el depósito de daños si no se utiliza. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama Queen Simmons Beautyrest (los fabricantes de la cama Heavenly) para brindar un excelente descanso nocturno. La suite cuenta con lavadora y secadora apilables, lavaplatos y un espacio de estacionamiento dedicado. Tenemos wifi dedicado y televisión por cable y canales de música.

A very cute little property right on the edge of China Town. Perfectly located within walking distance of anything you might want to do. The host was fabulous to communicate with and very responsive.

Union Building Victoria BC

An incredible location next to top restaurants and a short walk for shopping and sightseeing. Since it is a historic building, we were expecting it to be quite old inside but instead found a nice modern well equipped condo with great secure parking. The owner was very responsive to all of our needs. We found access for our first time here to be quite convoluted but it will be a breeze the next time around.

This Chinatown property was brand new and very nice. The keycafe pickup was slick and easy to use. I would highly recommend this place for a trip to Victoria. The one bedroom with a fold out couch is perfect.

Great host, great location

This is a great place for a couple, host is fabulous and very responsive. Only downside is lack of AC. We had 2 fans on us and it was still warm at night but very minor. We loved the location.

Great location, nicely outfitted, wonky check in process

Great downtown location and nicely outfitted, newer condo. Close to restaurants and walkable to all the Victoria sights and restaurants. However, Check in process left me frustrated and confused and owner was not available until certain hours. Key Fob needs to be picked up a couple of blocks offsite (need code that’s supposed to be texted to you). Instructions on how to use Fob and obtaining access to parking and building need to be more descriptive, in my opinion. Once we actually got inside, we were pleased and the frustration was forgotten.

Was a great place to stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The only inconvenient note I have to make was that after driving for 8 hours we arrived at 230pm. I received a msg explaining how to pick up the keys at the 711 and we headed there. We found with traffic and all of the one way streets and no right/left turns it was difficult to get to the 711, once there I was not able to pick up the keys until exactly 330 which was inconvenient although I guess I should have confirmed with the host. Once in the building I had a lot of difficulty trying to find the information with the door code on it (my fault) I did however call the host and was not able to get a call back for over an hour. In that time managed to comb through the info and find the door code. The place was bright, clean and conveniently located. You can however hear every footstep from the place above, but didn’t bother us much.

Wonderful Visit!

My husband and I brought our 2 girls to visit Victoria on a summer vacation this week! Our stay could not have been more perfect. Everything about the property was phenomenal from the location to the check-in process to the space and cleanliness of the property. Kim was great with communication and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Location is ideal. Short walk to the harbour and lots of restaurants. The host is very helpful! The check-in process is a bit cumbersome but works well. Highly recommended.

Great stay in a convenient location

The property is very comfortable and the location is great! Right in the center of Chinatown and close to all the transportation (though almost everything is walking distance). Our host, Kim, was very helpful and super responsive to all our questions and needs. We would stay again!

the key pick up is a pain when your new to a city and the parking, the instructions for parking were not clear, the neighbours above made heavy foot traffic late at night 130 am my biggest issue was the listing should have said no AC the unit was clean, great location (thick the body creme is off )

Great location

The condo was in a great location, a lot of pubs, boutiques and coffee shops, just steps out the front door. Liked that you only had access to the floor that you were staying on, as well as the main floor and parkade. Building was very quite, did not hear street noise or neighbors. We had a very relaxing stay.

Place was in a great location. Right in the heart of China town easy access to all of Victoria, if you like to walk, this spot will get you close to all the attractions. The host was great, attentive to all our needs. Great little coffee shop just underneath, with great coffee and treats .
