Home from home

Communication with hosts was great throughout the process. Apartment ideal with everything you need for a self catering holiday. Beautiful view and pool directly outside. Location excellent - walk down back to old town/harbour (about 5 mins)Bit further to ‘strip’ but about 15mins. Resort quite hilly so not ideal if have any walking difficulties.

Excellent appartment

A great appartment which has everything you need for your stay in Lanzarote. Communication with the hosts was first class, they were quick to respond and very accommodating to any requests we had. The only downside was the location of the property, at the top of a couple of steep hills. During school holidays I imagine the pool would be very popular and as the property is located next to the pool it would be busy, but ideal if you have children to keep an eye on. Overall I would highly recommend this property and look forward to visiting again in the future.

There were a couple of niggles which became more annoying during the stay. The TV is extremely temperamental, at times unable to use. The kettle requires the on/off switch to be held manually whilst boiling. Not at all good when wanting a quick cup of tea and very time consuming. Other than that all good

Sehr schönes Apartment in zentraler Lage

Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Es liegt in zentraler Lage von Puerto del Carmen gegenüber vom Kaufhaus Biosfera. Neben an befindet sich die Cuardia Zivil. Mehr Sicherheit geht nicht. Vor dem Apartment liegt direkt der Pool. Wir empfanden das als sehr angenehm. In der Anlage hatten wir nur freundliche Urlauber. Wir hatten einmal Hilfe mit dem Internet gebraucht. Es war direkt jemand zur Stelle um zu helfen. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder.

Nice apartment needs aircon on a quiet complex.

Nice comfortable apartment. Could do with aircon and mesh on the windows to stop cats getting in which happened to us a couple of times. Also a bigger fridge freezer would be beneficial. Quiet complex which suited us and we really enjoyed our stay. Beware very steep hill into complex but manageable.

Overall very good stay apartment a little too close to children`s pool and shower if sat on your patio you are sprayed when people use the shower. Fantastic location lots of surrounding restaurants and bars to choose from.This is our 3rd visit to La Cumbre. We will return again.

Month long stay

I really enjoyed my stay at Marcus's apartment, it was ideal for me as i needed somewhere with good wifi , as i was working while staying there, and as a female solo traveler I was looking for safe and quite and with the police station right next door it couldnt of been safer :), location was excellent right behind Biosferea shopping center and between the old and new town . I would definitely recommend this apartment and hope to visit again some day

Very cute apartment right next to the pool
