Wasted Money!

This unit needs a lot of work and the hosts were not helpful with problems that I encountered! Immediately upon entering I asked for my money back. The man with Tampa Vacations was rude and not helpful or understanding in any issue I had. From the messed up plumbing that gave off a constant ring until the maintenance man replaced parts to fix the problem the next afternoon to the broken bathroom door that stuck, and the poor communication of the rental company! I wanted a quick get away to enjoy the beach but instead I got a headache and aggravation. Lesson learned!!

Great place to stay

Nice little spot to stay! The location was walking distance, just a couple of blocks, from great restaurants, beaches, and short walk to Pier 60 and many activities to do. Quiet stay. Easy in and out. The manager was fantastic to quickly respond when I had questions or requests. Just two of us so it was cozy but all we needed as we were out most of the day. Nice pool to swim in as well. Really nice group of people staying in the surrounding units. Very kind and friendly. I would stay again!

Great Location and Service

Small cozy unit that is a short walk to beach and restaurants. You can definitely get away with no car rental if enjoying the beach and local restaurants. Clean and comfortable. Communication with host was great and check in/out was easy. Would definitely stay again in next visit.

My husband and I were on a much needed getaway. We got in late as our flight was delayed and we were very tired. The bed was absolutely horrible you could not even move in it without it rolling u to the center and making a very loud creaking noise. It was extremely uncomfortable And for 2 people that never have back problems we woke up sore. The AC would not keep up and it was only a 276 sq foot efficiency condo. It was ruining our vacation and they refused to refund any money. We left and went to the Marriott down the street which was a wonderful experience. I do not recommend this place or there management awaysis rentals. Terrible customer service

Perfect

Everything about this made a perfect place to stay for my wife and I. Clean and very well maintained. The location and privacy couldn’t have been better. About a 5 minute walk to Clearwater beach. Tons of restaurants and stores within a 15 minute walk. If you’re thinking about staying here then do it, you won’t regret it. We will be going back again.

Hidden gem

My boyfriend and I stayed here for just under a week and our stay was incredible. We loved waking up to the beautiful view and catching a glimpse of dolphins here and there. The location of the condo is right in the middle of everything you could walk to all the bars, restaurants ocean, shopping stores, we never wanted to leave! Everyone in the development was so friendly, lots of smiling faces. 10 out of 10 we would absolutely stay here again.

Mental Health Break

It was amazing stay! I felt secure, safe and there were wonderful amenities. I was close to downtown Clearwater but felt like I was tucked away in a quiet area. I was close to everything! Rented a bike daily wonderful bike paths, festivals and the beach! I loved it and will come back for another visit soon!

Couples vacation

This unit was as advertised. We knew the size of the unit and knew it would be fine for the both of us. We were close to the main area with so many places to eat, drink and shop. Only minutes away from the beach itself and the areas that offer boat tours, etc. The property itself was very clean and nothing beats the private dock that you can go out and enjoy yourself. The area around the property is very quiet and relaxing. This place also has free self service laundry that you can use in the late afternoon/evening. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Perfect place to stay, for any type of vacation.

The room was just as it was listed on VRBO. We loved the location, and rhe property Mngr. Was incredible, we loved having free laundry services on the property. And if you are looking to be close to all the vacation action. This is a perfect place to be, walking distance from all the restaurants and shops. And perfect walking distance from Clearwater beach. If there is any complaint, it's this and only this. The bed could be bigger. My wife and i struggled to both share the bed but we made it work. Other than that all the other tenants were very nice and the views were beautiful for sunrise. We also spent some time sitting on our private dock. So if you are looking for a great place to stay this is the spot. We will definitely be going back.

Calm and relaxing

This was a very calm and relaxing place to stay and had great views for the sunrise. Even with all of the tourist attractions and nightlife 100 yards away it was very quite and peaceful. Property manager was very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again

Nice location

The room was perfect for two. The window views of the ocean was great. It was very clean, and close to shops. Short walk to beach access points. The only dissatisfaction was the bed was very uncomfortable. If not for that, I would of given it a better rating.
