Disappointed
We had an issue the day after we got to the house and while it was handled fairly quickly, we were not satisfied with the compensation. We were there solely to attend and be a part of a family wedding. The day after we arrived, while showering for the first time, both bathrooms were not useable. Both toilets and bathtubs / showers backed up with sewage. The master shower was overflowing sewage inti the floor. While the property manage got a plumber there that night The rest of the family was not able to shower for a wedding that was our sole purpose of being in Florida. The property management company would only reimburse $113 which we feel is not adequate given the circumstances. Especially since they did not have anyone come to clean the soiled towels, bath mat and soiled floors that were soiled with sewage! So we had to handle and clean that disgusting mess. We felt one full night reimbursement was more appropriate but they advised the owner only would allow $113. Again we just don’t feel what they offered was adequate given the circumstances
