Family vacation

Property as described, clean, and perfect for a family vacation. Super easy check in process with a great location near the beach. Also having access to a water park outside your hotel is wonderful for a family vacation! Kids loved it. Thank you.

ITB family vaca

We had a great time at IRB and Harbourside! Our unit wasn’t initially available when we arrived, so the awesome property manager found us an available condo almost immediately! They did a great job accommodating us!

Great location and family friendly

We love the location with walking distance to many of our favorite places on IRB. The access to the waterpark is a great perk and the layout of the condo was perfect, providing everyone in our family their own bed. The views from the porch are beautiful and sunsets on the beach are just one block away.

Great Kid Place

This is my 4th time staying here, and this property was def not one of the better ones. The wood flooring was buckled and dangerous for the little ones. There was no ice maker which was really upsetting. Neither of the bathrooms had a bar of soap in them. These are a few necessary amenities I would think. The dishwasher door just randomly falls open. The showers had horrible pressure. We had an amazing time playing at the waterpark but just was not real thrilled with the room.

Family vacation

Our experience was great! The rooms were so nice and clean and the beds were super comfy, the owner was very responsive with any questions I had. Also with the water park being right there it was great for the kids to play in as well as the Ocean. We were able to walk each day to the beach and it only took about 2-3mons for us to walk there

Couldn’t have asked for a better condo to stay at!

We stayed 5 nights with our family of 6 (4 kids) plus my mom. Upon arrival Tom was immediately responsive to my texts about directions & how to get in the condo. Once we got in our condo it was everything that was pictured! Beautiful, clean & with a fabulous water view. It was specious enough for 7 of us! The condo was equipped with everything we could have possibly needed all the way down to beach towels, pots & pans and a high chair for our 1 year old! That was a life saver. Can’t forget the 4 passes daily to the water park. Something our oldest 3 kids (pre teens-teens) loved! We was there daily. Our entire stay was absolutely perfect. My husband & I are already looking at dates for our next trip and Tom’s other properties! We can’t wait to come back to Indians Rocks Beach.

Perfect Family Getaway in IRB

Before we even booked our trip, Tom was extremely easy to communicate with as we had some questions. The communicate from booking to departure was fantastic. We were 6 adults & 2 kids under 5. The room was exactly as depicted/described and the views were breathtaking. IRB is a great location as it is not as busy as Clearwater or St. Pete's. The beach was less than 5 minute walk and the CVS convenience store made it easy to grab a bag of ice or re-fill our refreshments. We also took advantage of the close by restaurant options that came recommended. The splash park was also a nice perk with daily passes included. Would highly recommend for a family vacation or for a couples retreat.

Indian Rocks Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our two-week stay in this condo. Location, location, location!! Four minute walk to the beach, several restaurants within walking distance, a nearby trolley stop and a CVS pharmacy down the street, not to mention that the post office is on the way to all, for the mailing of those postcards to make your friends jealous! Additional restaurants, the grocery store and other shopping are just a short trip away in Largo. Golf courses are also within close proximity. As for the actual condo - it was great for us - a few minor hiccups, but nothing that we couldn't adjust, comprise or improvise. Tom has been advised of these hiccups and has responded that they have been/will be addressed. In fact, our first issue was with the TVs in the living room and one bedroom. Tom was there within the hour to get them back up and running! Unbelievable response time and a nice guy. None of these small problems would cause us to not stay here again! One thing I would like to point out is that the third bedroom does not have a closet. (We used it for luggage and other storage.) May be an issue if those assigned this room travel "heavy" (like me). We spent soooo much time on the balcony! The furniture is very comfortable out there, and of course, the view. We're hoping to return in 2023.

Nice place

We enjoyed the view being able to see inter-coastal waterway as well as sunset. Just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The water park is definitely for kids no real adult pool area. We ate at Salt Rock Grille twice - very good!

Staycation Labor Day weekend

#717 was exactly as described- beautiful views and plenty of space. Tom and his family are amazing host! Excellent communication and easy access. Just park your car- no need to drive anywhere unless you want to- everything in walking distance - beach, restaurants, and cvs. The 4 daily water park pass was a big hit with the 5 year old. Thanks so much!

Great place to stay for a fun & relaxing visit!

We love the condo! It was clean, comfortable, and had every we needed for a long weekend stay. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. The kitchen is a perfect size & is stocked with things you need. The view from the balcony was very pretty; you can see the canal with the boats as well as the beach. The only thing we had a little issue was that the ice maker didn’t work so we had to go get ice to keep in the fridge. The pool, tiki bar, and restaurant were a fun part of our stay as well. It’s walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants.

Unit needs some TLC

This was a family vacation with 4 adults and 3 children we also had some friends visiting for a day. We where excited to bring my grandchildren to a water park that was on site. The park has 2 slides so it really isn’t a water park. The unit has 4 passes and if you want to use the pool you will need to pay unless you go before 10am or after 6pm or just go to the pool bar. The accommodations had a great view of the gulf and bay. Some issues we had the elevator was slow or someone would hold it up. The stairwell didn’t smell very good. Parking under the garage was non existent, there was not a pot big enough to cook spaghetti and no strainer to strain the spaghetti there wasn’t enough steak knives and no scissors, cabinets had left over food and not wiped out, ice machine from fridge did not dispense ice I emptied and cleaned it. We went to Walmart and bought a pot and strainer . The ac unit worked in some rooms but not great in all, the ceiling fans worked in some room but not all, the front room with two queens was so hot and dark it didn’t feel like Florida the boys slept on the couch because of how hot it was maybe take the compact fridge out it really produces a bit of heat. The dining table only seats 6 people what about everyone else not an extra chair to spare we had friends over and it really stunk that we all couldn’t eat together. Only one night stand in the master and queen room not sure why. There where just enough towels for six people no extras 2 kids had to share not sure what they do when 8 people stay. Restaurants are close and have great live music. We did Busch Gardens we went kayaking no beach due to red-tide and there was a bit of construction on the main drag. I loved the area but I do believe there needs to be a little more attention to cleanliness and needs in this unit. I travel a bit and we own 7 rentals ourselves and I was a bit disappointed.

Family-friendly vacation property

Tom was fantastic to work with and responded to any questions with lightening speed! This is a family-friendly property that is fantastic for those with school-aged children. The water park is wonderful, but gets VERY crowded services two properties and the general public. Go early to get a spot because they fill up fast. The beach is a short walk away and plenty of restaurants are just walking distance away. I would highly recommend.

Great views and location! Area is very family friendly yet close to everything you need. Parking is a little tricky but not a major issue. Condo was clean and stocked with many things we needed. The closet with beach gear was much appreciated, especially the wagon to tote our stuff. The beach was the highlight of course; clean, quiet and not too crowded. Splash Harbour and Jimmy Guana’s for food and fun! We would definitely stay again!

You want a beach trip you NEED this condo

Absolutely perfect condo with beautiful waterfront view, waterpark and bar within the complex, and a 3 minute walk from the beach. Restaurants and shops all within walking distance of the condo. Tom was very responsive, quick, and super helpful! This place is great for all groups, from families to bachelorette parties. We had a BLAST!! Thanks Tom!!

Great slice of paradise for friends & family!

Great little condo with an incredible view! Definitely need more pots & pans & Tupperware. Also, the parking situation is a little bit of a pain bc with 2 families we couldn’t both be in the garage & had to walk to and from the guest lot. We also had to buy water park passes for four of us & the staff there aren’t the nicest, but overall a great time!!! Tom was super accommodating with a late checkout! Decorated super cute too!
