Key card had to be reprogrammed several times and did not work on parking lot gate. Nice to have off street parking in downtown nashville. Rooms need updating. Restaurant had good live music. Food pretty good. Convenient to vanderbilt university for graduation .

Staying in a handicapped room as I was in a wheelchair at the time. The shower faucet would run, but the sprayer would not work, therefore I was unable to take a shower. And the refrigerator did not work either. Very disappointed.

This hotel's best asset is the location.
We spent three nights in January. It is close to Vanderbilt and hospitals. Its an older property that is holding on. The hot water is luke warm. A complaint to the front desk was met with "you have to let it warm up for 5 minutes. Ten minutes was not enough. The scanner to get out of the pay parking lot is unreliable. We were going to the bar/restaurant for one drink but backed out because of the $10 minimum.
