Great stay

My son and I enjoyed our stay so much. The property was very clean and great walking neighborhood. We enjoyed being close to coffee shops and central to downtown. We would definitely stay again!

Clean, comfortable and cozy!

Unit was very nicely appointed and clean. The little things like extra outlets and light sensors floor lights plus heated flooring in bathroom make for a very pleasant stay. The owner was super nice and responsive. Location was excellent, lots of great restaurant’s and shops within walking distance. We will certainly rebook this gem when in town again.

Lovely property in walkable Queen Anne

Small and fitted out with just about everything other than a dishwasher. Owner checked in with us a couple of times to make sure all was okay. Very convenient to Queen Anne Ave which is less than 5 houses away. Since it is the basement of the house you do get some noise from above- walking about, vacuuming, etc. Also be careful as it is on the way to/from Hwy 99 ramp so cars tend to zoom by. Would definitely stay again.

10 Smith St. (NOT 10 W Smith St.)

Skyler was a great host, even coming out to the street to get us to the right place when we arrived late in the dark. (Directions auto-corrected to 10 West Smith St. -- close, but one block over). Had everything we needed, perfect size, easy walk to Queen Anne District for anything you might need, and short drive to anywhere you may want to go. Street parking was easy, and we highly recommend a troll hunt if you have no specific plans. Highly recommend!

Perfect for UW Parent Weekend

This was the perfect place for my wife & I while visiting our daughter at UW for Parent Weekend. The Queen Anne neighborhood is safe & very cute with shops & restaurants within walking distance. This first floor unit was not only beautifully appointed, but it had everything we needed; nice touches such as coffee with creamers & sugar, an umbrella & shopping bag for us to use, and a hair dryer. Street parking was always available. We were happy we found it & would definitely stay here again!

Anniversary Trip

Guest house was perfect! Plenty of lighting, SUPER comfortable bed and pillows, and lots of space. It was clean and quiet for the most part. The only disturbance we had was on our last morning when the cleaning lady upstairs was super loud early in the morning but that really wasn’t too big of a deal. Host was very responsive and gave recs for food and things to do. Would stay here again!

A quaint and cozy hideaway

We came to Seattle for a cruise and decided to come early to see Seattle!! This is a perfect place to stay to do that!! Queen Ann is so fun to explore. We took a couple walks every day. There’s great cafes in walking distance for breakfast. There was even a farmers market we walked through one night. Beautiful outdoor seating at many restaurants. All to walk to!!! This place was perfect to come home to after a day of adventures!! It was small, but cozy. I absolutely loved the patio. Perfect to have coffee in the morning. So clean. Nice shower! The bed was comfortable. The host was so helpful. 😉😁. Easy tv to figure out.
