False advertising
I specifically rented a home with ping pong table, pool table and arcade games because I needed to entertain kids of various ages. Listing also promised lots of board games. The morning of our vacation I was alerted by owner that the house had a maintenance issue and they were putting in me in a different home that was comparable and actually an upgrade. I went from a home that was 2 blocks from the beach with lots of amenities to a home 3 miles from the beach, on a busy street, with not so much as a deck of cards. However, the stock photo showing all of the games provided was used on this second home too. I understand that issues can come up, but do not tell me the properties are comparable. I would have cancelled the reservation had I known I was being out in a replacement that did not meet my needs. I did communicate all of this to the owner and was told “we are sorry to hear you are disappointed “
