So many problems
I’ll start off by saying the host was apologetic for our issues but ultimately nothing was done. We dealt with ants throughout our stay, in the kitchen and bathroom. We didn’t leave any food out, cleaned the counters religiously, and were left a can of Raid to deal with it. The bedroom my daughter and I slept in had NO working smoke detector and nothing was done about it. The bedrooms were hot and the air would turn off at night making the rooms stuffy. We kept getting locked in the bathroom because the handle was half falling off. The trundle bed sheets had dirt and hairs on them, likely were not changed. Vrbo and Vacasa ultimately did nothing to help us or offer any sort of refund for the numerous issues we had. Spent my vacation texting the host constantly but again nothing was rectified.
