The shower head was really run down, dirty/cruddy. You couldn't keep the shower temp consistent. Glue looking stain as you exit the restroom on carpet. TV placement in weird spot. Can't really see from the beds, but also can't really see from couch. Should have two tv's in room.

It seems like no matter what time of year we go here, there is a soccer or sporting event. The issue with that is the parents allow their kids to run up and down the halls at all hours and yell to one another down the halls as if they were the only ones at the hotel. This time it was 12 midnight and 1 a.m. I told the desk clerk in the morning and she said there was " supposed" to be all night security to prevent that. These kids also go through the breakfast buffet unchecked and make a mess of things and take more food than they will ever eat. We just won't be staying there again.

Property located in Mass. Early March it’s cold here. The heat did not work properly. The room was 63 degrees the whole night. , despite thermostat being set to 70. I’ll discuss with management when leaving. Aside from that, nice place. Lots of amenities, close to where I needed to be.
