Cozy Chalet

This Chalet is super cute, has everything you need! I love the fact thst it had a fenced area for my dogs. You can not ask for a better location! Walking distance to restaurants, bars, Whiskey Row! Would stay here again for sure....

Christmastime in Prescott

The house was beautiful and very well appointed! The owner's thought of everything a guest would ever need.....all the way down to make-up wipes for the ladies!The home is located 1 1/2 blocks from the Courthouse Square...a 10 minute walk at the most. Everything was perfect! We will definitely book this home again and again!!P.J. Scharer

Fun time in Prescott

The house is tucked away , a little hard to fine at first. The house was wonderful loved the kitchen. Very clean well stocked . Close to everything, definitely would stay here again.

Great location

This location could not be any better ! Kitchen is great , although cooking skillets etc….. are pretty worn out. Outdoor furniture and space could use some TLC, Upstairs was challenging to maintain a comfortable temperature.

Awesome cabin! Perfect for two couples or a family! Great location! Only two blocks from Whiskey Row! Cabin is so cute and nicely laid out! Everything you need is provided! Owner was very nice and responsive!

Prescott Visit

Love the city of Prescott and how close it is to Sedona and the city. Beautiful home to stay in with great amenities! Location was just a short walk to the shops on whiskey row. We all enjoyed having a place to rest in comfort and have the means to prepare healthy meals while traveling. Highly recommend this property. Communication response was quick when we had the need.

Fun Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at the chalet. Check in and out was easy and communication with host was great. The property is beautiful and the home is cozy and clean and had all we needed for a great relaxing stay. It was close enough to downtown to walk alot of places which was nice but it was also nice and quiet. We will definitely stay here again.

Good location. No hot water for the first 18 hours of our 2 night stay and having to make repeated calls after sending text - to finally get it was unsatisfactory. Scheduling landscape maintenance including noisy blower at 7am during our stay was also unacceptable.

Great location and home

We had a great time visiting Prescott and the area. Took time to drive to Sedona, Grand Canyon and other places. The home was very nice. Clean and neat as needed. There are some very minor updates/repair that need to be made that did not take away from our enjoyment of the home. The TV worked great with Apple TV in the Master Bedroom and Roku TV in the living room. Amazon Prime was logged in and ready to go in the living room, along with all of the free streaming apps. The beds were comfortable. The temperature in the home was very controllable. This location is great as there are a multitude of locally owned (not chain) restaurants within walking distance, along with shopping. Also, you can drive to a grocer, espresso, gas, etc in less than 5 minutes. If we come back to Prescott, we'll come back here and may try to rent the other house on the same property.

Perfect location

This was perfect location and I would stay here again. This place went from a 5 star to a 4 star based on attention to detail. There was an empty body wash container in upstairs shower, there was 2 empty containers for laundry detergent, there were no coffee filters and the coffee maker water well was filled with coffee grounds, from previous renters, and needed to be cleaned. Everything else was perfect including location and size of place.

Post holiday recovery

We wanted a little get away after the crazy holiday hustle. The Chateau was exactly what we wanted and needed. The location is 3 blocks from the main square. The house is spotless and so perfect stocked with all the necessities. We absolutely loved it and cannot wait to go back.

beautiful home, ideal location

This was our first time in Prescott. I had no idea just how great a location this house is in until we arrived. Perfect spot, walkable/a few steps to downtown Prescott's restaurants, bars, Christmas parade, Christmas bonfire, liquor store, shops, etc etc. The home itself is beautiful as well. Lots of space, a great kitchen, well maintained, bidet toilet seat in the master, a fenced yard, tons of outdoor relaxing rockers, chairs, lounging spots. Suffice to say, we loved Prescott, loved the house, and will start our search with this unit for all our future trips. Excited for the next one!

Perfect location in Prescott

The location of this home is perfect for doing everything in Prescott! The home is presented and pictured accurately. The ease of check-in and check-out was greatly appreciated. We were so comfortable in this home that we were sad when it came time for us to leave. We highly recommend this home. Great location!

We definitely enjoyed our stay here. Great location, house is exactly as pictured. We did have a quite a few spiders come and visit and some cobwebs in the ceilings. House could benefit from a deeper clean. While the location is great for walking to town, there are a lot of passersby's. We had a kid playing ball in the parking lot next door and kicked a ball at our car. All was fine but be aware that this house is definitely not secluded.

Great place

In town for a memorial service. Nice place, neat and clean and tidy. Close to all that I needed. This was the first time I encountered having to sign another rental contract other than on VRBO. Found that odd but it all worked out. Thanks.
