Adorable room....need small car to park

The room and amenities along with the location were perfect! Just be aware that even if you have a short bed truck it will not fit in the parking areas. No big deal. Just a short walk straight to the place with no street issue parking for our night stay. The owner had very clear alternative options. It was probably my fault for not reading all about the parking. Very perfect for the money.

Elegant and comfortable

The suite in which we stayed was beautifully appointed but also very comfortable. I especially appreciated the common area and the kitchen amenities available on the first floor. The check-out was a bit early at 10 am but our host Katrina did not seem to be fussy about the exact time and we did not feel rushed. The inn felt like a home away from home.

West End stay

This was our second stay at the Morrill mansion. The suite was beautiful, bright and cheerful and the furniture- couch and bed were extremely comfy. The entry dead bolt/key pad stumped us initially, but we eventually got it.

After submitting this review, I learned from my cousin who tried to sleep on the day bed that it was so uncomfortable that she moved to the couch in the sitting room. She also reported that sheets were not fresh, having been used by a previous guest. I would like to request a refund of at least 20%.having obviously been used

Great host and beautiful Inn and Suite! Accommodations were perfect for my husband and I and our adult daughter. Host was extremely responsive. Suite and Inn are beautifully decorated with the perfect combination of more contemporary furnishings while paying homage to the history of the mansion. Highly recommend!

Beautiful building, very charming

We stayed for four nights. The Morrill Mansion did not disappoint. It was clean, beautifully furnished, and such a lovely spot. Parking was easy and convenient. 30ish minute walk to the downtown scene, which was really nice when the weather permitted. Everything was comfortable. Having some nearby spots for coffee and dinner was nice as well. Highly recommend Hot Suppah for brunch! Truly fell in love with this property. Would stay again!

Well maintained inn

Easy entry. Quiet stay on first floor. Didn't use the shared kitchenette across hall, but nice to know it was there. Everything up to date. Parking on site and quick drive to downtown waterfront for restaurants, etc. Lovey sunset viewed from nearby Western Promenade.

Beautiful space and excellent location

Everything was just as described and pictured! The only thing was that there was no actual communication with the host. It was all automated so when I would ask a question it would not get answered. But overall a great stay.
