Perfect for a big family!

We had a great stay at Leland Luxury! They thought of everything. Comfy beds, lots of space, and the backyard was awesome! There was so many fun things to do for the kids and adults. We had a few questions and the response was always quick. I highly recommend!

Incredible inside and out

We’ve stayed at probably 100 short term vacation rentals and this house has one of the nicest backyards we’ve ever been too. Great activities outside and tons to do inside. Kids were never bored. It’s a professionally operated property. Highly recommend!

Spacious Home

It was rough, we are basing this review and the 3 stars by comparing other homes we have stayed in the area. We did not stay the whole time due to the hot water heater breaking, but things like that happen. The biggest issue with this home was the control that the property manager has over you. It is in a community who doesn't want a rental and you can feel it. Especially with the whole hot tub situation. You are not allowed to turn it on / off when you want, you are not allowed to heat it when you want, you must message the Property Manager and they will do it for you. On the inside, you are allotted towels, and a minimum amount of them. You are allotted toilet paper, paper towels, dish pods, etc. These types of high end rentals should not (and have not in the past ones we stayed at) allot you anything. You are paying a sizeable amount to be here and as adults renting a home, to feel like you are not treated as responsible adults makes you feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. Although the home is beautiful and has the amenities described, it never felt like a home. When it came to having to move out --- later at night for my party -- we did not get help from the Property Manager to be relocated. I would think that would be a courtesy when it was not an option for us. We did have to find and pay for a new place on short notice and were not offered any compensation beyond the refund for the nights we did not stay.

MEA Trip

The outdoor amenities were great for our kids. They went from pool to trampoline to basketball court all day! The house was played out well and the bunk bed room was great for the kids. Some small technical issues with the appliances, etc. but Meghan, the property manager was outstanding and helped us resolve the issues.

Great Space for large groups or families!

This property was perfect for our 4 families in town for a sporting tournament. Make sure you are inside by 10 pm, or you will immediately have a complaint from the neighbors in the area. But the outside amenities are amazing! Pool and basketball court was a lot of fun!

AZ Oasis

This property is immaculate. There is so much space indoor and outdoor. You literally just need to bring a swimsuit and the rest is taken care of from towels to golf club to basketballs. I don’t feel I got to truly enjoy the master suite, it was so massive and just stunning. Property manager was amazing. Timely communication on the check in and check out process. The listing was very clear that quiet time was at 10pm. We didn’t know until we got there that it lasted until 8am. So we could only enjoy the beautiful outside when the sun was up.

Great pool and sport court that was fun for our group!

Nice house just as described; pool and sport court were great!. We were in town for kids' sports tournament so had limited time to really enjoy the house, but it fit our needs and worked well. Only disappointment was the excessive rules and warnings from the property management company, which were apparent in the description when we booked it. But then we were asked to confirm our adult guests, then an email with 20 rules, then asking me to reply and confirm 3 of them and then signs posted throughout the house was a bit over the top and takes away from the relaxed vibe we were seeking.

Fantastic home for our family trip!

This home was fantastic! The amenities were what made us book, but ease of check in, check out, getting amenities turned on remotely, provided essentials, it was all spot on. This house was perfect for our group of 12 with four kids 6, 9, 12, 14. Wonderful to have four and a half baths and four rooms with king beds plus the bunk room for the kiddos! Plenty of parking for our four vehicles. We cooked a couple of times and had everything we needed. Quick access to 202 made it easy to get around town to the various spots we went for golf and baseball games. Will look first at this home if our group returns to Phoenix!

First Class Family Time!

Our son's AAU tournament gave us the chance to travel across the country where our parents/grandparents could join us from California. The opportunity for quality time with family we see far too infrequently demanded a property that would provide a relaxed, spacious environment with activities for all. This property exceeded our most hopeful expectations! Immactulately maintained with a simply stunning backyard that one of our friends described as "family time perfection." The pool is in great condition with a beautiful grotto and waterslide. As a basketball family we have spent a lot of time on outside courts and the quality of the half court set-up is second to none. That's not to mention the putting green, in-ground trampoline, fire pit, etc...all thoughtfully designed and well constructed. The interior of the home has several large rooms, all with quality furnishings, that provide ample space to spend time enjoying one another's company. The large dining room and table were perfect for family dinners. Capping off the experience was a property management company to match the quality of the home. We had a few requests while on property that were immediately responded to with an accommodating approach. Best in class property matched with best in class service. There isn't a question where we or our other family members visiting the Phoenix area will be staying for future trips.
