Great location, cute studio.

The location is amazing, walking distance to many restaurants, art museum, Phoenix theatre, etc. Very quiet. Great park just across the street. Comfortable bed, mostly well-stocked. A few quibbles. The wi-fi password provided did not work, so I just used my hot-spot. TV was baffling, I have no idea how to use You Tube TV to get any regular channels, seems all it did was provide a portal to streaming services I don’t have subscriptions to. Most VRBOs I’ve used have Netflix and Prime at least included Place is smaller than it looks, and I find having only one chair to be a big strange when you list it for two people! Also, only two towels??

Mixed review

Good price and good location. But the listing was a bit deceptive as it seemed like you were dealing with VRBO, but was handled by 3rd party. After the reservation was made and 1st payment, it was required to pay additional fee or deposit. After a long drive, we arrived at the property 15 minutes early, even though property was cleaned, we were NOT allowed in until exactly 4 pm. The unit was sparsely stocked: no dishwasher or even a drainer to wash and dry. Only 1 drinking glass, 2 of the chairs were dangerously wobbly.

Overnight in Phoenix

Beautiful place and great location. It would be helpful to give clearer instructions on how to get to the carport. We arrived in Super Bowl weekend with no street parking. We called the number and we were guided to it by a very nice lady, but it would have been an issue if we had tried to find it ourselves.

Lovely property! Worth the stay

As a single female, I felt very comfortable and safe while staying at this property. There is a beautiful park right across the street that was great to take early morning walks. I loved everything about the property. Kitchen was fully stocked; bathroom was fully stocked. The only thing that could have been improved was perhaps a deeper clean of the rooms. I will admit, I am super picky when it comes to cleanliness; however, the floorboards, the top of the refrigerator and the corners in the bathroom could have been cleaner. But, overall the apartment was great! I would highly recommend this property.

Overall really nice stay

Overall everything was very nice, and we were close to many cool places. The zoo was even 15 minutes away. The only thing we were slightly bothered with was they changed the checkout time after we had already booked the place. Other than that, we had no problems, and we enjoyed the stay a lot

Unhappy

Do you apartment was nice the area was nice day outside of the building was nice. Then my second day there which was a Monday renovations started at 10 AM and finished till four every day that I stayed there I was supposed to have a eight days day and ended up having to locate elsewhere due to the excessive noise and regard to their renovation. I was never told ahead of time that they were to be doing renovations at the property. They have been apparently doing them for months they still had two more months to go I was not made appraised before hand and then they stated that nobody else has complained until I made a complaint which I believe is untrue but needless to say I had to relocate elsewhere when I shouldn’t have if I was given the correct information.

We were very happy with this property. It was exactly as advertised, very clean, quiet, safe location, easy to find and get around area. The host, Vincent, responded quickly to all messages. I would definitely recommend this property and will use again when returning to Phoenix.

No air conditioning in Arizona?!

Arrived at the property half hour early to drop off bags and communicated with the owner that we would be doing so.We were very disappointed to learn that our unit had a faulty air conditioning unit. In Arizona that is not only dangerous but so frustrating! Construction workers working past the time of check-in, was not Conducive to resting after a long trip. On top of that, a strange man walked into our room unannounced. So, we had to spend twice as much on a hotel as these accommodations were completely unacceptable. The owner refused to give us a refund, suggesting that we were making it all up. I’ve used Vrbo for years and have never had any problems like this. The last thing you want is to worry about basic accommodations. I would stay very clear of this property. VRBO won’t have your back either btw, as it is your word against that of the owner. The owner can simply refuse to refund. That’s where we are left. Won’t useVRBO again until they offer actual buyer protection.

Nice place in a great location.

This is located right at the Japanese Friendship Garden that is a literal oasis in the city. It is close to the light rail for easy access to the rest of the city. Easy self check in/out.

Cool studio near historic Roosevelt

On our drive cross country we stayed in the charming studio — it has everything that is pictured and was very quiet and so comfortable we slept like kings. The shower was excellent! Walk just a few blocks to historic Roosevelt to grab coffee and walk the dog through the incredible parks and dog run. We will definitely be back. Folks who aren’t accustomed to stairs or city walk ups may want to know that there is a flight of stairs to get to the studio. For city people this is a breeze. Awesome place.

Perfect location

Clean quiet complex . Park across street smoke parking. Host great check in process. Light rail trolley one block away walking distance takes you downtown. Old spaghetti factory restaurant one block away . Cozy place to stay we will definitely book it again and again

Sweet Spot

Perfect comfy and quiet apartment. Clean. We had everything we needed. Easy access. Easy parking. Loved the location - park across the street, Metro right there, close to museums and restaurants, just blocks from hopping on I-10. to go anywhere.

Such a cute place!

There are not enough good things I can say about this place! We arrived a little after 5 pm for our stay and when we walked in it was just as the pictures showed. The bed was super comfy as it’s a temperpedic. The split unit was easy to work so it kept the unit cozy and warm. The decor was warm and welcoming, or too over the top. It was easy access to our Christmas party location so urber’ing wasn’t horrible. Over all it was perfect
