Loved the one bed one bath

Perfect one bedroom one bath that was very close to the ski slope and on site ski rentals. Would definitely stay here again. Concierge service was a plus.

The property was fine. The service that came with the property was not. This is why the three stars. When toilet became clogged in a January morning, the management team was located too far away to resolve the issue in a timely fashion. This led to a very stressful checkout. They were not rude or anything, they simply didn’t seem to grasp the service expectations associated with the price tag.

Beautiful property with great amenities and close to amazing shopping and restaurants

The property is gorgeous and exactly as advertized. We enjoyed the onsite restaurant for breakfasts and it was a short drive to main street which has tons of restaurants and shopping options. The hotel also offered a free shuttle to main street on request. It's the perfect VRBO for a getaway in the mountains and we can't wait to visit again.

Great Location!!

This unit is exactly as pictured! It’s perfect for a couple/small family (the sofa in the living room pulls out). The ski valet is in the main building (across from this unit) & the Sunrise chairlift is there as well, so minimal walking distance to hit the slopes!! The hot tub/pool is also right outside of the building which is nice after a long day of skiing. I agree with the other reviewers that it would be a nice touch if robes were available for walking to the hot tub or just to relax in. Overall, the unit was clean upon arrival and the property manager was quick to assist us with our one request (a crockpot). We would definitely stay here again in the future!!

Cozy, Quiet and Private Location Getaway.

This property was very accommodating. The location of the room itself was toward the very end of the hall giving it added distance from noise from other guest's rooms and egress/ingress foot traffic from entrance to the building. Nice natural gas heated fireplace and a private bedroom patio. The bedroom was a bit on the small side but the Kingsize bed (which was quite comfortable) was an acceptable trade off, not to mention with very spacious bathroom. The accommodations provided plenty of warm blankets and lots of pillows...definitely a plus! All in all, the property was well equipped and very cozy. All supplies and room essentials were readily available and sufficiently supplied. However, if I was to be allowed one caveat, it would be that property management/owner do not provide guest robes...so make plans on packing your own robe. Other than that, our stay at this location was a very enjoyable experience and to be highly recommended.

Winter wonderland

The perfect property for our romantic ski getaway. Heather and Beau were incredibly welcoming and responsive. The unit was impeccable, and we ski’d right up to the property. Can’t wait to visit again and curl up by the fire!

Fall Break Getaway

Great Experience and Property

We stayed for 5 nights, great property and friendly and attentive owners! Fast reply to text and emails. Can be tough underground parking but for us it worked out well for this summer season. A bit of construction going on next door that created some traffic at times. Overall it was an A++ experience. Thank you Heather and Beau!

Canyon village fun

This property is part of Hyatt at canyon village. Apartment in very roomy and spacious. You can use pool, hot tub and exercise facility with resort fee. Parking is easy. The village is very accessible. It is four miles into park city. We walked there once and you can take buses which are free. Gondola up to mid mountain trails are right in heart of village. This was a perfect place for relaxation. Thanks

Summer Quiet Place

First time to Park City for my husband and I. The Hyatt property was clean, well-staffed, and verrrry quiet. We got the impression this location is spot- on for wintertime (adjacent to ski lift). We were there Memorial Day weekend and barely saw any other guests! We had the fitness center (super nice) to ourselves. The restaurant deli onsite had surprisingly awesome breakfast and lunch as well. The shuttle driver took us to Main Street and picked us up later that evening. The unit itself was perfect for the two of us to settle in for a few days. The bed insanely comfortable though could have used some equally luxurious fluffy pillows to sleep on. Would totally stay here again- easy trip!
