Terrible!
We were able to check in early because cleaners were done. They said. Enter location to a smelly toilet FULL of poop! Contacted management by phone and text. Sending someone out. We were finally relocated the following evening. No one ever came to resolve the issue. Disappointed with management.
Rented because it was dog friendly. We had to put our 15 year old girl to sleep the night before our trip.
Asked for my pet deposit and cleaning fees back. As of two weeks later. Still no refunds. I called them after our return to find out my case had been closed. It has been reopened. Still waiting. This location needs a lot of work before it needs to be rented out again.
No rods or shelves in one of the closets. Light bulbs. What is it with over half the bulbs OUT. Need NEW cleaners if that was clean. 3 of the 4 folding chairs torn. I will not recommend them again
