Dirty

When we arrived the carpets had just been cleaned and were still wet. The entire place smelled of musty cat urine. The hardwood floors are a mess and the dining chairs had yucky stains all over them. Filthy vent registers. The property manager wouldn’t respond to several requests for a later check out. Redeeming quality is definitely the easy walk out the back door to the beach!!

Very spacious

Great place we had two families. My favorite part was a bathroom in every room. With 3 teenage girls and 3 teen boys this was very nice. The while place was clean and smelled very good when we arrived. Check in/out was simple. I would recommend this property. Also loved that it was on the beach.

A Blissful Retreat with Spectacular Views – Southern Exposure

We recently had the pleasure of renting the Southern Exposure. Our stay at Southern Exposure was nothing short of spectacular. The combination of comfortable living spaces, a fully-equipped kitchen, pristine cleanliness, and the unbeatable beachside location make this house a gem. We wholeheartedly recommend Southern Exposure to anyone seeking a peaceful and luxurious retreat. It's an experience we'll fondly remember, and we eagerly look forward to returning.

June family vacation

7 guests and we all enjoyed the stay. Got our steps in for sure - to the bedrooms and to the beach. Loved being on the beach and the deck great for relaxing with a beach view. Plenty of room for all.

Amazing location

Overall this was a perfect stay. There were some minor things that need to be fixed or I would say it was perfect. But they were so minor, I wouldn't let that keep you from staying here. It's about 10 steps from the beach, lots of room for everyone, and perfect for a family or girls get away. You certainly can not beat the view.

Memorial Day stay

Great location on the beach only two minor issues first was parking if you bring more than two cars you will have to jockey for the extra parking only three spots They say you can park about a mile away at the Winn Dixie but they do have tow away signs we were lucky to get one of the three spots others were not Internet goes in and out had problems staying connected on back deck Otherwise had a great stay

Everything with the exception of a couple bathrooms that looked like they were unfinished in being painted, not having a dresser in one of the guest rooms, and expecting the unit to be cleaner than it was upon check in, was awesome. The location was amazing, being steps from the beach was more than amazing, the unit had everything needed, check in/checkout could not have been any easier, instructions were clear and concise and Morgan was very quick to respond. We did not report any of the things that we expected to be that weren’t (with the price we paid, the expectations were not unrealistic) because it didn’t change one second of how amazing our stay and vacation were!!!!!

Great family vacation.

The beds are super comfortable. We had 2 small children under one and they had plenty of room to play. The walk to the beach was perfect. The air conditioner was fabulous, we always have trouble with air everywhere we go and we had no problems at all. It was a great family vacation.

Friend/Family trip to the beach

We overall enjoyed our stay very much! It is in a great location and very accessible to the beach. Everything you need is included in the house, and we had a wonderful time. The beds were so comfortable as well!! The only complaint that we had was that the house was not very clean when we arrived. There was still sand everywhere and crumbs were on the tables, couches, and random places.

Peaceful

We had a family vacay with grown kids and grandkids. They house is very well located in beach and plenty of sleeping area. Grocery stores and walmart deliver which is nice. Fridge is large. On a note the dryer dries slow, parking spaces narrow and limited glasses, but that is nothing compared to paradise. Oh and the deck is lovely, it has a high bar to sit and have meals and watch the waves.

7 Day Get Away

The AC was awesome, felt great walking in from the heat. Loved having a bathroom for each bedroom and 1/2 bath for down stairs. Beach was a little crowded because the unit is in between high rises. They need to clean and organize the outside items given or left to renters, lots of old stuff that needed to be thrown away under deck. This did not take away from how great the ocean view was and the set up. Just sitting on the deck was great. Dinning room chairs were overused not very comfy, no cushion. BUT we would definitely rent again. Great beach house set up. I was just happy with the comfy beds, multiple bathrooms and great AC!

From back porch to beach

You know how some pics make a property appear really spacious and then you walk in and realize it was an illusion? Not this place. The living room was very spacious. Lots of elbow room for our party of 10. Unit was clean but there were food items left in one of the cabinets. I didn’t touch them so if they’re still there… And we did buy that elusive can opener. Bedrooms were large and property nicely decorated. The dryer took forever to dry. Like 3 hours for a load of towels. We loved the back porch. It was a great place to hang out and still felt private even though we were the middle unit. The location can’t be beat. If you want to be on the beach this is the place to be. Parking is tight but who cares. Having the extra space on the beach makes up for it. Looking down the beach at how crowded the beach is in front of the condos makes you forget all about parking spots. Overall we were happy with the property and enjoyed our stay.

Appliance issue

When we arrived we discovered our fridge wasn’t cooling. We contacted our property owner & they called the repairman. It took a couple days & a new fridge had to be purchased but the owners did all they could under the circumstances. We would gladly rent from them again.
