Absolutely everything

Our stay for Mother’s Day week was great. This house felt like living in luxury! Each room decorated great with everything you needed. It was a short walk to the pool and the shuttles to the beach were very responsive. The garage had anything you needed for the beach which was nice so we didn’t have to bring them with us. Great house, location and great time.

Perfect stay with a lot of friends!

Everything looks and is exactly how the VRBO pictures look! The patio on the third floor was incredible especially in the evening/early morning. Beds were all COMFY and clean. Plenty of bath towels and kitchen appliances (cookware) in the house. Only small hiccup was we could not find house numbers outside on the building so that was a little confusing to initially find the house and the door code was not programmed as the last 4 digits of my phone number (that’s what the check-in sheet said it would be) but we figured it out pretty quickly soon after. The shuttle to and from the beach was such a treat! Only half mile walk to Gallion’s which we would highly recommend even if you have a large group.

Perfect Stay - Great Communication

Rented for a quick two-day corporate retreat and had everything we could have asked for! A fire alarm began chirping while we were there, I texted Kevin and it was taken care of within a couple hours. Excellent property and I'll look to bringing my family next time!

Immaculate home

Probably the nicest house we have stayed at! Location is great, just a short walk to the pool and beach. Only negative was all the forms, waivers, emails and texts received from the management company. We wound up with extra bikes that we didn’t need and got changed for them. When questioned about it I got no reply back. The bike company got changed after we signed all the waivers so I felt we got tricked or possibly just confused with the amount of forms. The original bike spokesperson said he was willing to work with me on the charges for the extra bikes after we talked to the management company but they never got back to me. This was our only negative but it was over $500 that we should not have encountered. Otherwise the house was perfect for our group of 13! Also I might add that the security is very good here and felt very safe!

Nice house with comfortable beds and great kitchen

House was perfect for our family but rugs were old and very dirty. Cleaning crew did come quickly and remove the rugs I highly recommend you remove the large area rugs as they are impossible to keep clean and really just a hazard.

Great 8th grade mom/son trip

Everything was perfect! Great beds, great common space, great bathrooms, great pool, and great transportation to the beach. All you had to do was call and a golf cart/ tram showed up at the stop just outside the house. TVs in the rooms, not dated, clean. Bikes were where they were supposed to be. Great communication from owner about checking in…. We had a great time!

Amazing!

Great location, walking distance to Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach. Loved the tram to the beach too! The house had great amenities, loved the private bathroom for most of the bedrooms. Note that while the listing shows 7 bikes included in the headline, it also indicates these are not guaranteed & we had to order add’l bikes once we got there since there were only 4 bikes. Definitely would return to this vacation house!!

Great house in Seacrest

We loved Good Day Sunshine. Fabulous, comfortable king beds, kitchen well appointed and we loved the rooftop deck. We had a perfect view of the July 4th fireworks from there. Large pool area clean and fun drinks available for purchase there. As should be expected July 4 th week, it was very crowded and 90% of the beach is controlled by La Dolce Vida chair and umbrella rentals. Be sure to reserve in advance if you want a view of the water. Property management was great and very responsive.

Great setup for the whole family!

Pretty much all was great & as advertised…location, house, cleanliness, etc all excellent. The only item with the house was all the doors squeaked when open/closed…so with a large group you could hear that early morning / through the night. Also, the listing said 7 bikes and beach towels, which needed to be confirmed and beach towels no longer provided. That said, a great trip & great time for our entire family! Would definitely recommend

Good Day Sunshine - Spring Break 2023

Absolutely loved this home. Plenty of space for our large group. Nicely decorated and appointed with necessities and nice -to -have items. Close to the pool and beach. Two of the bathrooms could have used more attention prior to our check in. Kevin was responsive to communications as were the 30A Beach Girls. Would definitely return to this area and likely even this house.

Most Well Stocked House in Seacrest

We come down every year for thanksgiving and we had a great time at the property. It was probably the most well stocked house we've been to and had plenty of space for the whole family. We had an issue with the dryer and it could not get fixed during our stay, but we were given a small refund to make up for the issue. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house!

We rented this house and it had plenty of room for the 16 of us to spread out. The kids loved the bunk room and the top floor, and all of the couples got their own rooms. Loved that there were bikes included, games, etc. Its a beautiful house and we would happily rent it again!

Great House for Multi Family Vacation

The house was great and worked extremely well for the 3 families we had stay there. House was clean. Great location. Owner was very responsive to our questions before and during our stay. Kitchen was stocked with many essentials such as spices, cooking oils, utensils. The bikes provided were awesome! Our kids would hop on and go get ice cream and the adults would ride to get coffee/drinks. Amazing area and we loved it.

Fantastic Memorial Day on 30A

From start to finish, our experience was wonderful. The homeowner was extremely responsive and an absolute pleasure to work with. The home itself was lovely! Great layout and tastefully designed. Also, the beds were all extremely comfortable. Random, I know….but our kids even mentioned that, so I thought it was worth sharing. The property location was perfect, and convenient to several of the most popular hotspots in the area. As a bonus, we were lucky enough to to catch the the Memorial Day Fireworks, and had an absolutely breathtaking view from 3rd floor balcony. It was the perfect end to our stay.
