This Beach House is just a few steps away from the ever-popular locals and tourist's favorite spot; SCHOONERS! Also conveniently located within 2 to 5 miles of everything you need for your stay. Enjoy the sun from the large back deck that overlooks the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This house features large, open rooms with plenty of seating for family gatherings. The open floor plan and kitchen has an island with a breakfast bar, and there is an additional dining area for extra seating. The large master bedroom features a king bed and a twin bed, and the master bath has a tub and a separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds.

Rooney's Beach House is just off the famous Thomas Drive, the heartbeat of Panama City Beach. With tons of shops, restaurants, and nightlife nearby, there's always more fun to be had. We had an amazing stay. Beautiful place, amazing views and location. The home needs some TLC. Lots of minor improvements could be made, including a new mattress in the master bedroom. Not meant to be a negative as our stay was fabulous 😍. Thank you so much!!

Perfect Getaway
Everything about this trip was wonderful. My adult kids and I went for my birthday and it was perfect. I loved being right on the beach. The house was represented well in the VRBO description. It felt like our own oasis among the busyness of Panama City.

Wonderful place right on the beach
Loved the location! Enjoyed many sunsets on the deck and on the beach which is only a few steps away. House shows a little age but just adds to the charm. Many good restaurants nearby and Schooners is just 1 minute walk away which is perfect on arrival day when you're too tired to cook. Especially appreciate we can bring our cat who enjoyed the views too. We'll be back, thanks for sharing!!
