Great location, dirty unit
The negatives: this condo needs a top to bottom cleaning. It was filthy and had barely been touched prior to our arrival. The bedsheets weren't changed and had makeup on the pillowcases and the master bathroom toilet was filthy. The floors of the condo turned your feet black and the dishwasher sounded like a freight train and didn't actually clean the dishes. Silverware in the drawers were crusted with food. The actual supplies in the condo were also lacking - we purchased some fresh fruit and there wasn't a knife large enough to cut it open.
We also had issues accessing the condo - the code to the door didn't work and it took nearly two hours before we were able to get inside. The property manager is off-site so there's no one at the resort to help. That wouldn't have bothered me if we hadn't had issues, but was frustrating when all you could do was call a phone number and talk to a different person each time, and explain the entire story over again.
On the positive side, the location of the condo is great. Beach access is quick and convenient. The pools are fun. The water show in the lake is entertaining and there's plenty to see and do in walking distance. The beds are also extremely comfortable - after washing all of the bedding, we all slept great. Parking is also super convenient as there's a walkway from the 4th floor of the garage and you don't need to use an elevator. However there aren't luggage carts so bringing a wagon or something helps a lot.
