Palm Coast Vacation May 2025

Excellent home I would stay again.My only issues were they advertised heated pool but there is a 250 fee to heat the pool,when I contacted them about heating the pool they said “oh you won’t need it heated in May” I should have insisted to have it turned on I had no problem paying the fee,the water temp was around 75. My other issue was they advertised they Spectrum and Direct Tv, the TV package is bare minimum, no local stations and national networks, we ended getting a free trial with Fubo .Over all it’s a beautiful home on a canal and we actually had visits from Dolphins swimming around.

Wonderful Vacation House!

Our family of 7 stayed at this property for 2 weeks and it was amazing - lots of space - lots of dolphin sightings! The kitchen is very well appointed with everything you could need for food prep and serving. The living spaces are large and very comfortable and seat a large number of people very comfortably. The only draw back was that unlike some of the other homes we have rented in Florida there were no bikes or beach chairs or other beach accessories for the kiddos available. We had an absolutely wonderful time in this house!

Can we stay?

It was everything that I hoped it would be and more. You walked into an open space that had a glass wall you could open into the heated pool area (if it's not summer make sure to pay to have the heater turned on before you get there). The flow was perfect for catching up with relatives that I hadn't seen in a while and simultaneously watching our kids play in the pool together.

GREAT TIME

This was overall the best time I have had in a long time. My family and I were not disappointed one bit. From the second we walked in, to the time we left it was a great experience. I had two elderly parents with me and the access was easy for them to get in and out. The location is excellent, the place was very nice and the owners thought of just about everything for you to enjoy yourself and relax. Thanks again Man and Sharon.

Enjoyed our stay. Again

This is our second time staying at this house. We really enjoy the house and location. It is perfect layout for a family get together. It has a pool, dock, in a nice neighborhood. Would highly recommend.

This is a very well kept home. The home is perfect for fishing, swimming, and close enough for beach days. The owners are prompt to answer any questions. We will definitely consider this location for future vacations.

Outstanding

The best rental in Florida we have ever experienced. The view was unbelievable with the dolphins visiting us several times per day. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds really comfortable, and the recliners in the living room a real bonus.

Nice clean place conveniently located.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything. It was a cold spell when we visited so, we couldn’t use all the nice amenities. Definitely, would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit the area. We are planning another trip next year.

Great vacation

The house was beautiful and spacious. The view of the sunrise from any window was amazing and we had a huge pool overlooking the canal. The beaches are a close eight minute drive, we enjoyed Jungle hut beac, and a little further drive to Flagler beach where we also found many restaurants with ocean views. We would recommend this home for families and dogs to relax and have fun!

Florida Vacation

This was an amazing location to stay at while we were visiting Palm Coast. We loved the back enclosed pool area where we could relax and enjoy the water without worry of other people or sand getting everywhere like at the beach. It is close to every store you might need for food and/or supplies while you stay there, as well as being close proximity to the beaches as well. It has a canal right behind it with a boat dock, and we even saw dolphins swimming back there several times, and lot a jumping fish as well. Nice quiet neighborhood as well. Would definitely stay there again.

An excellent house. With great decoration. A beautiful view in the pool area. Perfect accommodation. But zero tolerance for car parked on the street and noise after 10pm But for us, this was not a problem.

Vacation that felt like home but better.

Dancing Dolphins is a lovely house that felt just like home. The house is very comfortable & well supplied. It was great to have 3 full bathrooms when we had family come to visit. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes & pots & pans & plenty of linens & towels & beach towels. Conveniently located to shopping, European Village & the beaches are just a 5 minute drive over the bridge. Bring your own beach chairs. The pool & lanai area are beautiful. Great place to watch the sunrise in the morning with a cup of coffee or the moon rise at night with a glass of wine. It was great to watch the dolphins & other wild life frolic in the lagoon. Very nice quiet neighborhood. Everyone was very friendly & always waved & said "HI". The only suggestion I would have is that the owners activate the outside garage door key pad so you don't have to walk thru the house & into the garage to open the door from the inside. It would be more convenient when carrying in groceries & luggage. All in all, it was a wonderful vacation. I would highly recommend Dancing Dolphins.

Very Clean House in Great Location

We loved our stay at the Dancing Dolphin! The cleanliness is impeccable and supplies (dishes, towels, etc.) were very nice. My wife and I came down for our 20th Anniversary to renew our vows on the beach. We were happy to find a place to accommodate our family for the celebration after the ceremony as well as a big Thanksgiving feast on Thursday. Only complaints would be the pet policy does not state before booking there is a maximum of 2 dogs and there is a nonrefundable pet fee per pet as well as several other "hidden fees" that seem to be excessive. Also, listing shows a nice empty boat dock with a beautiful view, but for our entire stay there was a large boat in the lift which blocked the view and would have made it difficult if we had brought our own boat. The location is awesome though. Our first day there, we stood out back and watch dolphins playing not 15 feet from the back yard. It was amazing! I don't think the neighbors like the fact there is a vacation rental in their community. They are not very friendly and one of them called the police when our dog was barking 15 mins after "quiet time" of 10pm. Our fault for not being back in, but we came home to a deputy sheriff waiting for us. She said the neighbors in that area are overly picky and just asked us to try and keep the dogs quiet after 10. Finally, parking is very limited. NO ON STREET PARKING! If it don't fit in the driveway and garage, don't bring it. this allows for a total of about 4 cars which is probably enough for most folks. Overall, it is a very nice house that the owners should be very proud of. Their taste in furniture and decor is great and you can tell they have put much of their own heart into this one. We would definitely book here again!

Beautiful Home on the Water

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home. We felt like we were staying at a friend’s house with how welcoming and comfortable it was! Everything you need to cook is available in the kitchen, which was very important to us. The pool is large and our kids had a lot of fun in it. We brought our boat and though it was nice to have it there, we would probably rent one locally and have it delivered next time just for convenience. We definitely recommend this home to others who are looking to getaway and appreciate waterfront property. One remark I have (and I hope the property management will consider) is remote check-in. We had to drive 25 minutes out of our way to pick up the “welcome packet” and code for the door. I’d love to see a more convenient option for future stays.
