Great location but that is the only good thing about our stay.
We stayed a full week at the property. There were some minor issues we overlooked. The main issue we had was our final day at the property, there wasn't any gas the entire day. That means no hot showers, laundry or cooking. We had to throw away about 100 in food AND buy 2 meals that day for 5 people, roughly 125. We tried to be patient and work with the property manager but no one came to check the gas or proactively see if the issue was solved. I spent hours going back and forth at 10pm after 2 hours of being told someone was coming, I told them not to because we had a 17 hour drive in the morning and needed to get some rest. We purchased the extra insurance but they are charging us for a cheap lamp that hit the carpet and broke. No compensation for the final day without gas or the added expenses we occurred. The property itself is very dated, there is a sharp spring protruding out of the loveseat, broken vertical blinds that multiple times almost close lined me going to the patio. The carpet is black along the edges. My partner slipped the 1st time they showered as there is no rail or slip mat. The bruise on their shin is still black 2 weeks later. There are bugs in the kitchen. Lots of space but that's the only positive.
